If you want to do research on the subject, there is a Vaccine Court that was established by President Ronald Reagan at the request of pharmaceutical companies.
It is the OO7 license to kill that they needed to violate the Constitutionally protected rights of all Americans. It provided immunities, both criminal and civil from prosecution of the wicked Drs, nurses, pharmacists, health departments, and of course chemical companies they label pharmaceuticals. It superceded the highest laws of the land, God's Word and secondarily the federal constitution, in the history of American jurisprudence.
The chemical companies offered to throw pocket change in the styrofoam cup of liability claims that go through their Vaccine court appointment judge.
The poor families who happen to win these cases get their pittance and are not allowed to pursue actual litigation.
