I see it interesting the discussions the EU is having concerning this in that if they agree to the 2% of GPD of the original agreement with NATO by 2030 they will have a military large enough to take on the US and China at the same time(not that this is their intention but a description of what it would generate in size). The Axis nations were not suppose to do this because of the final statement with Germany and other surrender agreements(Axis nations) but it seems they will now because of the current situation.
