What I am saying is if Putin and other leaders think they can survive a nuclear strike and are feeling threatened, there could be a strike on them (and having some measure of preparation) they could go for the first strike.

Deterrence is not the only theory in political science.

As Obama is becoming a bit more active in the news, i would say that this would be the ultimate wrestling showdown.
I think Trump would win because he's bigger than Obama.
The only one who can challenge Trump on his 3rd run is Obama because the Dems have nobody else.
Obama's tactic would be 'divide and conquer while giving a worldwide apology tour' while Trump's tactic would be the one he's using now.

Nobody is running for a third term. Trump mentioned it to watch marxist heads explode. He is enjoying the show.

He can't because it's unconstitutional but the fact that he believes he can is a testament to how stupid and disconnected from reality he is
