I suggest we don't presume those who hate America and Trump are Americans.

Okay so based on that, this whole thing at this point is an inescapable conclusion until the Democratic party grows up, learns from their mistakes and they start giving us some candidate who is in the normal spectrum and is able to connect with the working class.
