You are not answering the question. The president has the oversight of this program. How can a judge in the judicial branch violate the separation of powers and say the President in the Executive branch cannot supervise a program in the Executive branch?

Because Congress has already allocated those funds for USAID.

Well ol Musk has bid 94.7 billion dollars to buy OpenAI but ol,Scam Altman keeps turning him down. They Musk know something we don't to both want control that bad right?

Guy's like Scam Altman and Musk might end up being the next Anthony Fauci for all we know. We can support them for a while then say Trump was beguiled at first but has now come around. After a year or two of us all arguing about it Trump can say it's safe as the COVID vaccine but your not going to be forced to take it if you don't want to. The chip and iris scan though is going to protect you from everything from getting your water turned off to not being able to pay for groceries for the little ones, and it's all made available to you by AI-Lilly inc..

So then the President has no oversight over that? Suppose they use those funds to send terrorists to college and learn how to make bombs, you know, like they have done with USAID money? President can do nothing because Biden is still in charge? Clear violation of the US constitution.

That is an interesting question. The folks who were "RIGHT ON BOARD FOR A COLD(VIRUS) VACCINE."........Are going to be sucked in.

Patriots and thinkers are going to say no. But All Elon Musk has to say is, " I am now a democrat." And the mass mush will follow him to a chip in their head.

In post #269 it says the POTUS has the power to veto bills passed by Congress. The veto can be overturned by 2/3 vote from both houses. It only mentions the veto power twice, how far back in time can POTUS veto bills passed by Congress? is it only current bills or bills passed by Congress for 1788 till now?

Well I do not view the world that way, I refuse to be polarized by the lame stream media.
Just my view...but then I am not American so that makes it easy, lol.
