You are either walk by faith in Spirit, or by fear in the flesh.

If you believe that you are Christ's, then what do you have to gain from reading the worries of the world? You were called out of the world, so why do you keep drawing yourself back to its problems? The one that thrives off fear and worry is the same that tells you to read those messages. The prince of this world needs your fear, since as long as you fear, you are easy influenced and directed. This world will always tell you there is something to fear, a illness to avoid, a shortage to stockpile for, a war to evade, a brother to hate.

If it is not for you, then it is against you. There is no middle ground. You either build or destroy. A house divided cannot stand. Take no thought for tomorrow, for it does not exist. Only now exists, anything and everything that you think of tomorrow is purely imaginary. Why use your God given imagination to envision evil? Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells within you? Do not grieve the Holy Spirit. You have been given a Spirit of love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith and truthfulness. A conspiracy lacks at least seven out of eight of these characteristics, and even if it were true, what good is dwelling on it? You were told this world would have troubles, do not be anxious over them, cast any anxiety onto the Lord, because he cares for you.

Overcome evil with good. Set your mind on what is righteous and good, for whatever a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.

There is a war for your mind. You can do your part in the battle by seeking the Lord Jesus Christ and trusting in Him.

Intention is what everything can be boiled down to, every conscious thought or action must have an intention. Every intention has a driving emotion. God is Love. There is no darkness in him at all. Now ask yourself, what intention and emotion drives conspiracies and the like?

Brothers and Sisters turn from fear, choose faith, be strong, know peace, have love. Once you have faith, you can spread it. Once you are strong you can lift up your neighbor. Your peace can help the fearful. Your love will become another's. You cannot give what you do not have, take from the Lord God, since He alone is the source of all that is good. And once you have it, give it to another. Be mindful, we are here to help, not hinder. Be the children of the light, not of darkness.

Christ has authority, rule and power over all. You have nothing to fear in this world. All glory to God.

There is 97 pages of "Conspiracy" posts here. None of which I see are mafia-esque RICO conspiracy type cases, and even if all 97 pages were. Who does such posts serve?

I used to be deeply involved with conspiracy theories and stories. I couldn't see it at the time but looking back it seems like it was a kind of mental illness. I'm so thankful the Lord set me free from that and gave me back my sanity.

I don't think this is a coincidence. We are drawn to things throughout our life, these teach us things after the fact, on reflection. But there is a difference to being drawn to something and drawing yourself to it. Our hurdles are there to be overcome. All will do so in due course, through Christ we will. All glory to Him.

Most people are unfortunately unaware of the spirit they are in when it comes to fear based "entertainment", and as such continue to feed it with fear, hate and anger. But it only destroys. Oh if they only realised the Spirit within reach that provides Love, Peace and Strength.

I can assure you that what does not build, destroys.

There is a distinction between being aware of evil, and be overwhelmed and fearful of evil.

Conspiracy is a crime; it is the evil of 2 or more people planning or committing a crime... that's all.
Crime exists.

There is nothing wrong with being aware of the evil.

The bible says the wise man sees evil coming, and avoids it... that's in Proverbs.

I love me some conspiracy theories. But they can certainly reek havoc on your peace of mind.

Its best to realize that the news is a careful constructed program. So never take it seriously. In fact, just don't watch the news. If you notice, its the tone of the speech and the background ambience that induces emotions (usually fear).

I can assure you that these stories trigger nothing in me. I do know for a fact they manipulate people, this post serves a warning not for myself, but for those seeking a unhealthy fuel.

A massive amount. Now wonder about the time spent reading, contemplating, writing, researching, guessing, and browsing.

The energy behind it collectively, the emotions generated. How much of it positive? I struggle to see how it could be of good use.

We have been instructed to keep our minds on all that is lovely and good. It is with good reason. Our body is a temple of God.

I found this teaching by Jon Courson was right to the point. Be simple concerning evil. So many conspiracy theorist are experts on evil and novices on goodness…

Acting Suspicious Much?

1.) You're a brand new member, you show up out of the blue, and the ONLY thing you do is IMMEDIATELY create a post with the SOLE PURPOSE of ATTACKING Christians for talking freely about corruption.

2.) That is incredibly weird and suspicious behavior.

3.) It's especially suspicious at a time when so much corruption is being uncovered on a daily basis.



For The Regulars Reading This:
1.) This is a thread where people post their ideas about corruption, many of them silly, but a few of them quite serious and weighty.
2.) Nowhere in scripture does God tell us to be ignorant of the world around us.
3.) The Bible says in Proverbs, that a wise man foresees evil coming at him, so that he can avoid it... this means he has to understand and recognize the evil. (It's so important, that it says this twice.)
4.) There is a difference between being aware of evil, and being fearful of it. We ARE to be aware of evil, we are just NOT to be fearful of it.
5.) We are, biblically, to focus primarily on good and wholesome things, however, that does not preclude us from making ourselves aware of the evils, so that we can avoid them. That's a principle in Proverbs.
6.) CONCLUSION:
a. ITS ALL ABOUT BALANCE.
b. We are to be aware of evil so we can avoid it, yet we are not to be afraid of evil, nor give it the majority of our attention.
c. However, we cannot know evil well enough to avoid it if we know nothing about it at all. We are to be wise as serpents; we are to understand the world around us, and the evil therein, so we can avoid the evil. So although we are to primarily focus on that which is good, we are required to also know about the evils in the world so we can avoid them.
d. It is so important to understand evil and danger, so we can avoid it, that the Bible SAYS IT TWICE:
Proverbs 22:3 A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.
Proverbs 27:12 A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.
(We cannot foresee evil if we don't even know what it is... if we're so gullible we think everything is fine.)
* There is balance in all things.
* There is a time for all things... read Ecclesiastes.
