True... though from what I read in Scripture, they did not own the land the same way members of other tribes owned the land.
God had given us a commandment the Tithes & Offerings. How people today followed the commandment?

I know a building isn't required to meet, man! I'm saying that is a common thing for a church to pay rent (or mortgage for).
Stationery would obviously include electronic stuff also.
I still don't see how 10 percent isn't the usual standard of giving in both OT and NT. Of course not legalistically giving.. but by a desire to give to God.
Small churches can struggle financially. I know from experience. One I was with got by from having sponsorship from other churches. That isn't ideal, because the church is kind of dependent on the other churches for support, but I guess when a church is small in number, this is very helpful.
10% isn't necessary. If churches actually suggested what was really needed, I think more people would give. Right now in the U.S. it's less than 10%.

The Lord Jesus Christ fulfilled the law.as in Matthew 5:17.
But we never saw him fulfilling the law same as the people of today fulfill.
Since The Law is Spiritual (Romans 7:14).
Therefore the law in Tithes and Offerings is also Spiritual, it can't be seen.
2 CORINTHIANS 4:18
18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

How do we fulfill the law in Tithes & Offerings that can't be seen?
No one in this world could explain how but the Lord Jesus Christ alone.

This be why belief is a key that opens the door to reality of the unseen. Belief in God Father and risen Son fro anyone to see through the veil and ne real in humility, thanks
10% was never the standard for giving in either testament. Under the Sinai covenant, tithing was not "giving"; it was mandatory surrender of agricultural goods by agricultural producers (not by everyone), and under the new covenant, there is no percentage either required or suggested... anywhere.
If a person is giving out of a desire to give, they aren't "tithing", because "tithing" involves a specific percentage. Further, if they think they're doing something righteous by giving 10% of your income, they've lost the plot.
There's nothing wrong with a more-established congregation financially "carrying" a small church plant for a while until it is self-sustaining. Imposing an unbiblical requirement on members is not the right way to finance a ministry. Even suggesting that people give 10% is unbiblical.
And yes, I meant "unbiblical" because tithing of money, whether mandatory or voluntary, is not a biblical thing.

It sounds like you have a martyr complex. That's pretty common among cultists and other deluded people. You seem to think you're the only one who is capable of understanding Scripture; that's another common problem among cultists and deluded people.

God the Father commanded the Law for Tithes & Offerings.
In man's understanding it is very clear what a 10% is.
But this is God the Father the way he Speaks.
EZEKIEL 20:49
49 Then said I, Ah Lord God! they say of me, Doth he not speak parables?
PSALMS 78:2
2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:
Tithes & Offerings is a Parable and a Dark Saying of Old.

the tithe was prety much an income tax for the jews to be given to the levites to take care of the work of God. because levites were not allowed to work.

It definitely was not an income tax. It was the tenth animal or measure of grain that was produced on the land in a given year. If only 9 animals were born, no tithe was paid because it was only the 10th animal that passed under the counting rod that was holy to God. Citizens who didn't raise animals or crops didn't pay tithes.
Every tithe of the herd and flock—every tenth animal that passes under the shepherd’s rod—will be holy to the Lord. No one may pick out the good from the bad or make any substitution. If anyone does make a substitution, both the animal and its substitute become holy and cannot be redeemed.’” Leviticus 17:32-33
so then the person who only had 9 animals would not have to pay the income tax.
