I wouldn't underestimate her. She is smarter than people think. There are alot of parallels into how people dismiss her just like they dismissed Trump, and they're both New Yorkers as well. Though indeed that's still a long time from now. AOC seems to be the only democrat that is actually learning from this and is actually willing to somewhat introspect and repent and she will be blessed for that.

It's not about stopping or slowing anything. God has His time clock and no one can stop it. He knows and sees what is ahead and has placed Trump in office for His own reasons.

She cannot redefine herself, all those videos, every word she ever said is now on record. She will have the same problem Kamala had, if she says anything they can smash back in her face something she said a few years earlier.
Another reason why they have to get to the bottom of Jan 6th in the next four years. Her crying about how she felt afraid will destroy her career once the truth is known.
They said the same things about Trump. They said oh all the stuff he said will come back to bite him. They said oh he's crazy. They said oh he's stupid. And look at them now. Let's not become like them. Underestimating AOC is not prudent especially as she has now marked herself out as the only democrat that is actually introspecting. Let me put it another way because it is a long time until the next election, she's one to keep an eye on.
Certainly were contributing factors. But Kamala's inability to let people know how she stood on the issues has to be considered the major reason. If she had gone through the primaries she would have been sifted out, so simply appointing your nominee without giving them a "preseason" with the Democrats who will be supporting them has to be seen as another major reason.
I know Donald Trump, I have seen him lead the country as president for four years, I saw him go through lawfare and three presidential campaigns and AOC is no Donald Trump.

I think he won because of the economy problems the average American experienced and that immigration got out of control. Most people don’t care about woke and identity politics.
I agree, but there are strong parallels in why the left was fatally dismissive of Trump as the GOP is dismissive of AOC. Again she is the only democrat introspecting and so as a result she will be blessed. If she keeps pushing into repentance she will be blessed more. For now she will become the clear leader of the democrat party, and with this she will have the opportunity to drive the change that they have to make if they want to really survive as a political party. We will see, there is much time and with that opportunity for her to do well or not so well, we will just have to see. We're going into a very interesting era.
