Thankfully the mods here see through garbage statements members make, following the scriptural tenant to search out a matter to see if it is true before passing judgment.
Thank You, I cannot believe the accusations, I though it was bad before, this thread has hit a new low.

The issue that you support being that Ashkenazi "fake Jews" all need to be exterminated?
Is there a stronger word than ABSURD.
Not one person has ever stated anything even close to this.

Well then tell me this:
Do YOU think that these "supposed Israelites" in Israel pack up and leave their present location?
Just pack up, get out of there, and leave the land to whoever wants it.

Yes or no?

Same question goes to @Moses_Young and @Yahshua

And the truth is that the endless howling shrieking condemnation of "fake Jews" and sinister "Ashkenazi Jews"
runs profligate throughout this thread. I won't bother cutting and pasting the quotes. There are just too many.

Well, I am not a Hebrew scholar, this I will admit. Nevertheless, I DO understand the correct interpretation for "SECOND TIME".
And certainly within the context of this chapter i.e. "IN THAT DAY".

Isa 11:11
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time H8145 to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

Please render your interpretation in context. By all means have @Moses_Young @Yahshua chime in if you need back-up. They trumpet themselves as experts in all things Hebrew. Lets hear it.
Well well, the tension around here just got tighter than a high string on a two dollar fiddle after this post.

Just as I predicted.

(I wasn't alive then to tell anyone anything...)
You're not telling anyone anything now. The point is America acted as it saw fit to deal with Pearl Harbor and no one stopped them from dropping the first atomic bomb. Innocent people were killed, they weren't given a heads up. They existed one moment and were gone the next. But Israel has given innocent people every chance to leave before they hit any area.

I hear November comes after October! And I can do it in French too if you like! And then the days of the week! Lundi, Mardi, Mecredi ... shall I continue? Oui or Non?

2. Did you read the report I shared with you previously about what Israel did in September 2023? Do you denounce what Israel did to the Palestinians in September 2023?
I Googled it and nothing comes up. Tag which post, this is a long thread to remember what everyone said.

4. Do you understand that Palestinians are semitic?
Do you understand, I didn't write the encyclopedia? Anti- Jew, hit better?

5. Did you read the report I shared with you about how Israelis followed the Hannibal directive killing most of the victims on October 7th?
Yeah, that was a good one, how they went in and slaughtered their own people. Makes perfect sense.

None of the sources were from Arab news channels (unless we're now going to say even the Jerusalem Post can't be trusted either.)

Until you address these counter-points all you can do is name-call.
No, no sane person thinks Israel went in slaughtered their own people and are holding them hostage somewhere. There are all kinds of eye witnesses. And there is actual footage. So there's that.

I repeat, each time anyone directs their argument "to the person" (i.e. Ad hominem) rather than to the content they show they can't address the content. And it doesn't matter what descent any member here is. Gary responded perfectly. To point that out is the problem we're addressing. Identity politics..and for Christians to do it...smh. One's identity doesn't give one a license to commit murder, and speaking out against those who commit murder isn't "hate" or "cursing" them. It won't work anymore.
This isn't about one day in October. It's about people who believe a race, Jews, are the reason for all the worlds problems, even though they aren't real Jews. It's easy to spot someone who is anti-Jew, they bring up all the same tropes, you can count on them to start every time. As you all have.

Question: The Messiah says in the end times there will be people who claim they are Jews but who are not. Was The Messiah being anti-Semitic?
Question, who are the Jews being spoken of in Romans 11 and where are they living today?

Share every other verse you have on the topic, and I mean each one. I'm going to address all of them. Stay tuned. We're going to actually see what scripture says.
You're behind, I've already shared dozens, along with Romans 11. So you need to catch up. I already know what Scripture says. I'm already dealing with a "know it all" who says eternal means temporary. Start where it begins with the Abrahamic covenant. Oh right! He wasn't the father of the Jews. You can't just through out whatever insane opinion rolling around in your head. Someone is right and someone is wrong. We have the Bible to tell us which is which.

At this point it should be noted that all news,updates,etc...that come out of Palestine are propagated by the Palestinians information services.

Which of course the Hamas supporters believe is true. But which is just another tactic in the warfare perpetrated by Hamas against Israel. Lies, propaganda. Intended to turn the world against Israel.

I repeat, each time anyone directs their argument "to the person" (i.e. Ad hominem) rather than to the content they show they can't address the content.
Everyone's focus should be on the information/facts/reality and not targeting other CC members. Part of the reason I suggested putting focus on definitions is because it would "do a world of good" in helping to keep the focus where it should be. Another reason is that it would advance the discussion "by leaps and bounds" if the definitions were ironed out first to create a stable foundation of understanding upon which to discuss it.

Right now, the absolute majority of the misunderstanding in this thread is occurring because there are multiple definitions for 'Jew' and 'Israel' being used in opposing views. There is no consensus for the definitions - thus, no stable foundation of understanding upon which to discuss.

Therefore, if the focus of the immediate ongoing series of posts does not shift away from the useless diatribe that has shamefully filled this thread to something more constructive - I will be forced to reach the inescapable conclusion that too many immature people in this thread will simply never learn to exercise self-discipline to the extent of self-control - and thereby implore @Oncefallen to just lock this thread - and put it out of everyone's misery. Also - Jim - if this thread ever again sinks into the kind of shameful cesspool that has been evidenced throughout its pages - please - just lock it without warning. And - you know I respect you and your "sense of judgment" (for lack of whatever better word(s) I should be thinking of right now) - if you should disagree with this suggested course of action - I will respect it and simply "bow out" of the thread.

I am getting tired of going to work, coming home tired, and all there is to read in this thread is 4 more pages  of bickering.

When will all of the participants demonstrate maturity - with an appropriate demeanor - so that a productive discussion may be had...???

James 1:

26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

James 3:

5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! 6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

I suggest that we may have only one more last chance to stop all of the personal attacks and act like civilized adult mature brothers and sisters in Christ.

Please - everyone - bridle your tongue - stop the personal attacks (none - absolute zero) - demonstrate your maturity - focus on that which will encourage a productive discussion.

Yes - and, I believe I have a solution. By putting it "on notice" (for locking) - maybe, just maybe - folks will curtail the personal attacks and actually try to have a decent informed discussion that we can all learn something from...

Micah 2:12- “I will surely assemble all of you, Jacob, I will surely gather the remnant of Israel.
I will put them together like sheep in the fold; Like a flock in the midst of its pasture
Micah 2:12-13 KJV
I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.

13 The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the Lord on the head of them.

Micah 2:12-13 NIV
“I will surely gather all of you, Jacob;
I will surely bring together the remnant of Israel.
I will bring them together like sheep in a pen,
like a flock in its pasture;
the place will throng with people.
13 The One who breaks open the way will go up before them;
they will break through the gate and go out.
Their King will pass through before them,
the Lord at their head.”

The Master leads them in.

Zephaniah 3 - Even at the time when I gather you together; Indeed, I will give you renown and praise
Among all the peoples of the earth,When I restore your fortunes before your eyes,” Says the Lord.
Zephaniah 3:10-20
From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.

11 In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.

12 I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the Lord.

13 The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.

14 Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.

15 The Lord hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the Lord, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.

16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.

17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

18 I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.

19 Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.

20 At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the Lord.

a) beyond the rivers of Ethiopia (far away)
b) the scattered will purified
c) will no longer do iniquity
d) the king will be in the midst
e) Then He will regather them.

Jeremiah 31:10 - Hear the word of the Lord, O nations, And declare in the coastlands afar off,
And say, “He who scattered Israel will gather him And keep him as a shepherd keeps his flock.”

Jeremiah 31:9-11
They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.

10 Hear the word of the Lord, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.

11 For the Lord hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.

- The Master Himself leads them
- Regathering them because (FOR = BECAUSE) of the ransom (The Crucifixion; The New Covenant).

The crucifixion is the cause ("just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many" Matthew 20:28, Mark 10:45, John 13:1-17). Jeremiah 31 continues to one of the most famous passages in scripture: verses 31-33 prophesying the new covenant. One must believe in the Messiah to be part of the new covenant.

Ezekiel 39:27
When I bring them back from the peoples and gather them from the lands of their enemies....
Ezekiel 39:12-26
And seven months shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land.

13 Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day that I shall be glorified, saith the Lord God.

14 And they shall sever out men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the passengers those that remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.

15 And the passengers that pass through the land, when any seeth a man's bone, then shall he set up a sign by it, till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog.

16 And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land.

17 And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood.

18 Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan.

19 And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you.

20 Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord God.

21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.

22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.

23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.

24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.

25 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;

26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.

- The people are already in the land here
- The people bury the dead to cleanse the land after the lord reveals His glory.
- Then Almighty says the heathen will learn the story of the house of Israel from captivity to regathering.

Will continue in the next post.

I know a guy who was banned a few months back for being, and I quote "a crackpot Holocaust denier" and I'm not sure if they used the term anti Semite or went all in with Jew hater. Seems like the tide is turning around here. The perseverance of the saints seems also to be doing well, with a poll showing 50% in support. Never underestimate the power of prayer.

Psalm 107:2-3-Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversaryAnd gathered from the lands, From the east and from the west,From the north and from the south.
Q: Who's the redeemer?

Isaiah 54:7- “For a brief moment I forsook you, But with great compassion I will gather you.
- Read ALL of Isaiah 53 before reading Isaiah 54.

- Isaiah 53 is the chapter about Messiah's ministry (new covenant). Then He says in Isaiah 54: 4-7...

Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.

5 For thy Maker is thine husband; the Lord of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.

6 For the Lord hath called thee as a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.

7 For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.

- Who is the redeemer?
- Who is the Holy One of Israel (the label "Holy One" was given to any firstborn that breaks the womb ("Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing"). Recall Micah 2 where the Messiah is called "the Breaker"; the first born; the holy one of Israel.

The Messiah leads them.

then the Lord your God will restore you from captivity, and have compassion on you, and will gather you again from all the peoples where the Lord your God has scattered you.

Deuteronomy 30:4
If your outcasts are at the ends of the earth, from there the Lord your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you back.
Q1: What does "then" mean?

Q2: Contextually, what is mentioned before the "then" in this passage?

A: See Deuteronomy 30:1-2

Isaiah 11:11-12
Then it will happen on that day that the Lord
Will again recover the second time with His hand
The remnant of His people, who will remain,
From Assyria, Egypt, Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath,
And from the islands of the sea.
And He will lift up a standard for the nations
And assemble the banished ones of Israel,

And will gather the dispersed of Judah

From the four corners of the earth.
^ I mean, it's all here, literally both houses distinguished from each other. "The dispersed of Judah" are not the "banish ones of Israel" in the passage. The "banished ones of Israel" (the northern house) are not Jews (the southern house). He will recover all of His people: the dispersed of Judah and the banished ones of Israel...from those (currently Muslim) locations.

Jeremiah 29:14
I will be found by you,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will restore your fortunes and will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.’
^ Again, it's right there. "I will be found by you" is the first order of business, and then regathering.

Has the modern state of Israel "found God"? Have they found the Almighty or are they still committing abominations?

Jeremiah 32:37
Behold, I will gather them out of all the lands to which I have driven them in My anger, in My wrath and in great indignation; and I will bring them back to this place and make them dwell in safety.
Just went over Jeremiah 31.

Ezekiel 11:17
Therefore say, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you out of the countries among which you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.”
Ezekiel 11:17-21
17 Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord God; I will even gather you from the people, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.

18 And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence.

19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:

20 That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.

21 But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord God
.

- Once again, the regathering back home is directly tied to the new covenant

- Notice that when they're in the land they will remove all detestable things and all abominations.

Q: Is tel aviv still an LGBT capitol?

Ezekiel 20:34
I will bring you out from the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are scattered, with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out;
Ezekiel 20:32-38
“‘You say, “We want to be like the nations, like the peoples of the world, who serve wood and stone.” But what you have in mind will never happen.

33 As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I will reign over you with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with outpoured wrath.

34 I will bring you from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered—with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with outpoured wrath.

35 I will bring you into the wilderness of the nations and there, face to face, I will execute judgment upon you.

36 As I judged your ancestors in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so I will judge you, declares the Sovereign Lord.

37 I will take note of you as you pass under my rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant.

38 I will purge you of those who revolt and rebel against me. Although I will bring them out of the land where they are living, yet they will not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

- When did this happen? When did they enter the wilderness BEFORE entering into the land?

- If the people currently in the land are the fulfillment of this passage why are the majority of them rebellious against The Almighty? Didn't The Almighty purge them before entering the land?

- Is the modern state of Israel like the other nations, particularly the USA?

Ezekiel 20:41
As a soothing aroma I will accept you when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are scattered; and I will prove Myself holy among you in the sight of the nations.
The Jews came back to their homeland, just as God promised. And that's not all the verses.
We continue Ezekiel 20 but REMEMBER they are currently in the wilderness.

As for you, people of Israel, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Go and serve your idols, every one of you! But afterward, you will surely listen to me and no longer profane my holy name with your gifts and idols.

40 For on my holy mountain, the high mountain of Israel, declares the Sovereign Lord, there in the land all the people of Israel will serve me, and there I will accept them. There I will require your offerings and your choice gifts, along with all your holy sacrifices.

41 I will accept you as fragrant incense when I bring you out from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will be proved holy through you in the sight of the nations.

42 Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I bring you into the land of Israel, the land I had sworn with uplifted hand to give to your ancestors.

43 There you will remember your conduct and all the actions by which you have defiled yourselves, and you will loathe yourselves for all the evil you have done.

- Everyone in the land of Israel will serve The Almighty. Are the people currently in the land serving The Almighty?

----

So let's conclude what we've learned so far from your passages:

- Both houses are promised to return, not just one tribe // one house
- The return is led by the Messiah, called "the breaker" because He's first-born who broke the womb
- When they return they will end their abominations
- Their return is linked to the new covenant
- They first "find god" before they are regathered
- Whenever The Almighty says "Then you will know I am Yah" He is saying, "When [this] happens exactly house I say it does you will know that **I** specifically did it, and not anyone else.

The point remains nonsensical. If I was alive back then I would've called out America. I'm alive now and I'm calling out America and Israel for their evil now. So saying that "no one stopped another group from doing evil" back in the past as a sort of justification for what's happening now, is not pertinent.

I hear November comes after October! And I can do it in French too if you like! And then the days of the week! Lundi, Mardi, Mecredi ... shall I continue? Oui or Non?
Deflection. I'll answer it: September comes before October.

I Googled it and nothing comes up. Tag which post, this is a long thread to remember what everyone said.
Tis about the fourth time I'm sharing it, but here ya go!

https://christianchat.com/threads/the-hatred-of-jews.214439/post-5387822

You can choose to read it or choose to continue to stick your head in the sand. It won't change the facts either way. Do you denounce what Israel did to the Palestinians in September 2023?

Do you understand, I didn't write the encyclopedia? Anti- Jew, hit better?
Do you understand that Palestinians are semitic? It's a simple question of acknowledgment.

Yeah, that was a good one, how they went in and slaughtered their own people. Makes perfect sense.

No, no sane person thinks Israel went in slaughtered their own people...
What can I say? They're deranged, demonic people. Here's an article...

IDF Ordered Hannibal Directive on October 7 to Prevent Hamas Taking Soldiers Captive - Haaretz

...unless, I guess, we now think that this Israeli news source is also a Hamas or Palestinian agent. Jerusalem Post and Haaretz are now Hamas psyops lol.

Look, I know it destroys a paradigm but you have to fight through your cognitive dissonance.

This isn't about one day in October. It's about people who believe a race, Jews, are the reason for all the worlds problems, even though they aren't real Jews. It's easy to spot someone who is anti-Jew, they bring up all the same tropes, you can count on them to start every time. As you all have.
You guys keep making it about one day, until it's proven that Israelis have shown a consistent pattern of evil. Then the argument changes into "jew hater" rhetoric because October 7th is no longer a strong argument. Meanwhile, this is a Christian site full of people who actually read and study the scriptures, so we also show - through literal copy & paste with bold text - that these people haven't fulfilled any of the prophecies of the regathering. Unfortunately, you guys don't seem to care much about the details of scripture.

Question, who are the Jews being spoken of in Romans 11 and where are they living today?
Another deflection. I'll answer your question...

They're where scripture says they are in Isaiah 11. The Almighty even guided modern scholars' hands to make sure they're the same chapter number.

11 The Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

He recovers them all at the same time. So if he hasn't regathered folks from ^these^ (currently) Muslim locations it means Judah is still dispersed to the four corners...because he recovers them all at the same time.

Do you believe the scriptures are true? Yes or no.

Now will you answer mine: Question: The Messiah says in the end times there will be people who claim they are Jews but who are not. Was The Messiah being anti-Semitic? What do you make of Rev 2:9?

You're behind, I've already shared dozens, along with Romans 11. So you need to catch up. I already know what Scripture says
We'll see. I copied and pasted full passages and then bolded words and phrases to pay attention to from the verses you referenced.

Do you accept what the scriptures say? Yes or no.

I already know what Scripture says
He's not wrong.
Hmm... it's not looking good.

Yes, I think prayer is about the only solution to mass formation psychosis.
Certainly, reason and the ability for nuance and complexity is lost on those who driven by emotion.

Yes - and, I believe I have a solution. By putting it "on notice" (for locking) - maybe, just maybe - folks will curtail the personal attacks and actually try to have a decent informed discussion that we can all learn something from...
I suppose if someone states "you are sadly misinformed" and it is true that is one thing and in the end it could be true, there are, however, true vitriolic attacks without foundation that have been used and I really do think it is to rile people up and get them banned silence the truth.

There are bots out there for real and on the pay roll.
