I've been on a motorbike since I was six years old, played rugby, learnt how to ski and snowboard as part of school, as we are close to ski fields, when I get to heaven I'm definitely going to be racing a bike around with my Christian mates who raced professionally, also I'm going to hit the powder so will see yah there.

The way I look at it God gives us a taste of what heaven will be like, He made us to love adventure and to me this is just one aspect of what our heavenly home will look like, I know its second rate here on this temporal ball, and see it will just get better in the resurrection, on the bigger ball, so other things have first place in life.
yeah. I will never motorbike. i have friends who do that, and every one has broken bones and been ijured in other ways. even if it has a low fatality rate (most fatalities are from tricksters. i.e. popping wheelies on the highway, speeding, &c.) but it is still much too dangerous for me.
mbiking is one that seems completely focused on an adrenaline rush. not to sound too negative. ;)

My foster mother, who is not a Christian, asked if it is ok for me to do that now that I am a Christian.
your foster mother must be an amazing person, to encourage you even though she does not follow your(and my :D) faith.

Matthew 6:22 “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

Why the bad attitude toward @ImLova? She hasn't shown any sinister intent. Don't be a jealous cat.

The most important thing is not to challenge God and that the sport don't became an idol.
I like skiing too. Last year I started fencing, which is not dangerous if you follow the rules.

Besides that, you mentioned snowmobile... It would be a dream come true for me to be able to drive a snowmobile!
Unfortunately, they are forbidden for private use here.

Yes God is the 1st. He is more important than any sport.

I wish I could do that stuff you are talking about....
But I've hung out in too many schnitzel stands ....

Switzerland is a great place....all sorts of outdoor activities. Also great foods everywhere. Schnitzel and strudel being some of my most favorites. I'm a recovering chef.

The question remains though....
Your mom.
Why would she think that you might not be able to do these things anymore? I think she is scared you are rebelling against her or don't love her anymore. Adults can act like teenagers too at times even though they are older.

Just tell her that being a Christian allows you to love her more! That of course you love her and like her. You aren't trying to get away from her or put a separation between you two. Also that shaving your head, wearing a robe, and selling dried flowers is not really your thing either.

As she is not christian she think there is more rules as a christian, I have try to explain to here that being a christian is not about following a list of roles. I tell her is a relationship and to love God. But still she have lots of questions about roles. I think they have bad experience from "christian" people in the past.

I agree.
And for a few people this is true. And those people are very noisy about "the rules" and how the people that don't follow their list of rules are evil. But that's not you.
Maybe explain that to her. Mother-Daughter relationships can be difficult sometimes. But the more you talk with each other the better.
And I do mean talking with her and not at her. Listening and acknowledgement of what she says is part of this. The difficult part is getting her to do the same. Parents tend to not listen and talk with their children. They talk at them instead of with them. Because once upon a time they changed your diapers....they discount your maturity at every step. While you still have another 10 years of maturity to achieve. ..that doesn't have a bearing on what maturity you have attained.

And I'd especially recommend that you bring her with you....tell her what you have learned. So she knows the sort of things you are hearing and learning. You might find you have a willing companion in the future encouraging you to grow in your knowledge of God.

John 14:1-3 Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and welcome you into My presence, so that you also may be where I am.
:)
That is one of my favorite bible verses.

Yes I some time try to explain to her and some times she ask me questions, like this I took up here. Some time I believe that this is just how I believe, but the other in church believe in other way and I have try to tell her is not like that. She have have been with me two times. The first time was when I got baptist (witch we had a long discussion about for two month before they let me). and second time was just before summer. She seems it is nice there and nice people, but she also sad she did not really understand the preaching. I think that was more because she was not listen. They will come more and see for them self.

Thank you for honoring my country! (y) But why are you talking about Switzerland? She is from Sweden! It's a widespread cliché in Europe that Americans always confuse Sweden and Switzerland. ;) But why? There are more than 1000 Km between those countries. Sweden is big, even bigger than California. Switzerland is small (Between MD and WV).

Besides that, Strudel and Schnitzel are typical German or Austrian dishes, not Swiss or Swedish. :) (But of course, Schnitzel is also common here.)

Strudel is also common isn't it? I love apple. I know the Austrians think they own everything...same with the Swiss but....currently they have better Greek food than Greece does. Sweden also shares the border with Finland....which is famous for reindeer. Which also means there's heavy crossover with Russian foods. But I'm not a fan of Russian food so much. I've only had one borscht that I liked....lots of goose meat in it. Perogies/(meat pies for the yanks) are ok....I am not as big a fan of those as the Brits have better ones I liked better.

However, Austria and etc have the sausages. Nobody does them half as well or the variety. EVERY place is unique with a unique culture and foods. I like to eat and cook.

Computer generated images look pretty good these days, I myself have never used GIMP as a photo editor but it seems to do a really nice job.
I think I had my real image up for a short amount of time, but realised I could do with some photo editing, maybe others arrived at the same conclusion :D
