That's another thing that shows your bias...all your sources are libs. Libs lie. Just because you can quote something doesn't make it so. So you accept any story that suits your aim regardless of whether it is true or not.

There has to be a legal mechanism to do so (otherwise, why didn't Trump just shut it down on day 1 in 2017). After Trump ordered Republicans to kill the Senate bill, President Biden issued and EO that provided that.
