If I have said something that offended you then by all means let me know. Point out the post to me.
Because why? You're going to change? Pfffft. Please.

This is why I don't try and interpret or speak for him. This is another way to understand what he was saying and is also plausible.I think his response was loaded with sarcasm in answer to a loaded question. He would've done better to lose the black descriptive, even if he was addressing that specific audience, rather than provide the spinners with any ammo.
Ok, you look up the stats that support your view and here's an excerpt from one that supports my argument written by Newsweek Aug10, '23:
Which States Are Most Affected?
The 13 states most affected by labor shortages, according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, are Alabama, Arkansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah and Vermont.
Given, I don't know the extent of which these states have been affected by illegal immigration, California, New York, Illinois is conspicuously missing from this list.
I agree that the 'empowerment of woman's choice' has had adverse effects on the nation's population with the choice being presented in a manner that a pregnancy is the problem that needs solved, when the root problem is actually her initial choice in the men which she indiscriminately allows access to her body. But that goes both ways in regard to men, so I blame the national population as a whole being concerned aspiring to neither be mothers nor provisional protective fathers.
I don't think immigration is the actual issue, properly vetted.
I am not interested in this thread. I listened to the interview once, that was my recollection. The only reason I am still posting on this thread is because of my responses to others. To be fair, I think this thread is absurd, this happens to me every now and then. You step into a thread like this and it is like stepping in dog poop and you then have to spend a long time trying to scrape the smelly, stinking, sticky poop off your shoes. No sir, I'm asking you to post a video, or timestamp the one in the OP and show me where Trump says "A Black job is any Black person with a job."
You keep making this about people being offended by the term "Black jobs", when really, it's about the definition he gave... not the one you wish he gave.
Is it your belief that Trump only wanted to mention illegal immigrants taking the jobs of Black people because he was talking to a crowd of Black people? If so, wouldn't it have been less ignorant to say illegal immigrants are taking American jobs as opposed to "Black jobs" and then define "Black jobs" as "anybody with a job"? Can you be as objective as you possibly can and answer?
I will apologize for something that I have said that is offensive. However, I suspect the reason you and others are afraid to point out a post is because it will be clear it is not offensive.Because why? You're going to change? Pfffft. Please.![]()
What on earth could Trump be thinking going to the national association of BLACK journalist and speaking about black jobs. He must be racist right? He said BLACK, but those perfect people at the "national association of BLACK journalist " are not though right? Why? Can you tell me why it's racist of Trump to say black, but no one else? Again, this is a very stupid point of view. Not wrong, not "off", but STUPID.No sir, I'm asking you to post a video, or timestamp the one in the OP and show me where Trump says "A Black job is any Black person with a job."

You just contradicted yourself in the same sentence. Nice job.Trump went to the NABJ conference because he was making significant gains with black men. Your analysis of the interview is irrelevant. The reality is that black men do not view his appearance as favorably as you do.
Yeah. Cause ya know, black Americans don't care about paying DOUBLE for groceries and gas, and housing, and.....Thus his strategy was unsuccessful and should not be defended. This is why Trump is losing in the polls. Because instead of learning from his campaign failures he doubles down.
Or maybe you should look in the mirror. I have been to all 50 states, I lived in Asia for eight years, I graduated from HS in England, I have travelled around Europe and Central America. Perhaps I am not the one that is isolated.Okay, from now on consider yourself under observation from me. I will leave alone all your vaccine and conspiracy stuff and false prophecies.
I will point out to you anything that is offensive and then we can have a fair discussion.
On this point of "black jobs" you're either very isolated or there's something else going on. Because anyone on the East Coast that i've traveled knows what "black jobs" or "getting paid under the table" means.
He was talking to a black crowd so he said there taking black jobs.I feel like Matt Walsh right now... What IS a "Black job" though? I already knew the context in which he said it. I defended Trump in the other thread about people twisting what he said in regards to fixing the country no one will need to vote again.
He CLEARLY referenced "Black jobs"... I'm asking for someone to expand on what that is. He said it's anyone with a job. Then does that mean all jobs are "Black jobs"? Is being president of the United States a "Black job" by his definition? It certainly fits it... No?

When slang becomes part of the English language it shows up in dictionaries. Merriam Webster added 690 words in 2023. So either you don't understand how dictionaries work or you are obfuscating. Either way you shouldn't be asking if others can speak english.Does this mean that you don't want me to point out your ridiculous comments from time to time? That's fine with me but since you don't understand what "black jobs" means, it tells me that you're either isolated or there's something else going on.
So if you don't want to discuss this further then there won't be much progress anywhere else.
I mean you sounded very odd to me when you're said to me that you don't want to get the definition of a slang dictionary.
I mean, are you for real? You think that half the words that people say in slang in the English language are not part of the English language?

Let's just say he's got a little bit of an ego. Very very small ego. Tiny.![]()
Dictionaries add words to the dictionary that are used. Because Trump used this term and it has generated a lot of ink on this term it may very well show up in a future dictionary. That is how dictionaries operate, they look at what words and terms are used. "Google" would be a good example. "Surfing" got a whole new definition after the invention of the internet. So hold on a second here. Unless it's written it doesn't exist? This is your logic?
You've never heard of the term "getting paid under the table" or "black jobs"? Would you like me to explain it to you?

But words are also pruned out of the dictionary because they aren't used. Just like the invention of the internet creates new words, the end of slavery makes many terms obsolete.

Non-Mexico Latin American, Asian, and African populations grew most

(This was census data that included both legal and illegal. Most valid estimates put 20 million illegals coming in during Biden's administration if you include the gottaways with about 25 million illegals in the country when Biden took office)

Did you listen to yourself in this sentence?A non-racist can still use race and exaggerate fear of illegal immigrants killing you though, right?
