Given, I don't know the extent of which these states have been affected by illegal immigration, California, New York, Illinois is conspicuously missing from this list.



I agree that the 'empowerment of woman's choice' has had adverse effects on the nation's population with the choice being presented in a manner that a pregnancy is the problem that needs solved, when the root problem is actually her initial choice in the men which she indiscriminately allows access to her body. But that goes both ways in regard to men, so I blame the national population as a whole being concerned aspiring to neither be mothers nor provisional protective fathers.
I don't think immigration is the actual issue, properly vetted.

This is why I don't try and interpret or speak for him. This is another way to understand what he was saying and is also plausible.

I am not interested in this thread. I listened to the interview once, that was my recollection. The only reason I am still posting on this thread is because of my responses to others. To be fair, I think this thread is absurd, this happens to me every now and then. You step into a thread like this and it is like stepping in dog poop and you then have to spend a long time trying to scrape the smelly, stinking, sticky poop off your shoes.

So no, I have never once said I was speaking authoritatively for Trump as either his interpreter or spokesman. On the contrary I have said repeatedly I was not. Instead I said that I heard the interview and this was my understanding, which it is.

I heard him use the term "black job" and I heard him asked to define that as well as his definition. I have worked in a school that was 99.75% people of color and I was not offended. Half of my family is black and I was not offended. But if others are offended go ahead, that is your right in this country.

But all this talk about this does nothing but cause me to wonder about some of the people on this forum.

I just wanted to add, just because someone can be ignorant, doesn't mean they are necessarily a racist. I have misspoken and said some stupid things in my time. I'm not convinced Trump is a racist or I wouldn't even consider voting for him. However, I'm not running for president. I just wished he worded things better. He isn't doing himself any favors.

My thoughts on illegal immigration: BOTH parties pretend they want legal immigration but secretly enable illegal immigration. I would only argue it's slightly more self-evident that Democrats are cool with illegal immigration. If Republicans are wanting to crack down on this, why not TARGET the people who hire illegal immigrants? Give them 20 or 30 year sentences. Republicans claim to be the party of law and order and be tough on crime, yeah? Instead of going for the people hiring illegals, we vilify illegal immigrants who come to the US and do jobs for pennies on the dollar in comparison to what the employer would have to pay an American to do.

It's exploitative to use illegal immigrants in this way. Sure, illegal immigrants are breaking the law by coming here, but if we eliminate what is attracting them (Americans willing to hire them so they can pay them pennies on the dollar for their labor), then we de-incentivize illegal immigration. Why would they come if no one is going to hire them?

Also, I won't be a hypocrite and say I wouldn't do the same thing as them. If coming here illegally means I could provide a better living for my family, I might do it... The one that has the greater sin are the ones hiring the illegal immigrants. They are not only breaking the law, but they are exploiting children of God by paying them only pennies on the dollar in comparison to an American worker. They are so desperate to provide a living they are willing to take those pennies. It's really sad.
