Oh, I know. According to everyone, everyone has failed. You all thrive on pointing out each others sour flavors, you miss their flavors of sweetness.

Sour, bitter, angry people.
Was David sweet towards Goliath? Nope.

Then David said to the Philistine, "You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. "This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you. And this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. "Then all this assembly shall know that the LORD does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the LORD's, and He will give you into our hands."

- 1 Samuel 17:45-47

So much comes down to man's will. Those who believe it is free
consistently refuse to look at the verses that refute such a notion.
They have been posted a number of times and ignored by most.

I wonder though, should we Rebuke someone online if that might lead to a perma ban?

The other issue is this is just a debate board. Meant to debate. I actually pray for everyone here. Before I go to bed I click [Christian Forums] and it shows me a list of people online or was online and I say a prayer for them every day/night pending where one is at in the world time zone wise. So even though I debate what I clearly see as purposeful mistranslation or outright lies in a manner as I would talking to someone trying to deceive me. I pray for them to be Blessed, have good health, be prosperous.
Thank you for your prayers. :)

Will get to that later. And you are in for quite a shock.

They don't get shocked by Scripture discussed in context. They just ignore it. But, FWIW, I'm looking forward to your explanation.

I pray because I am in a relationship to God. My prayer could include Praising Him, Worshiping Him, discussing a goal in mind and which direction to go as an Advisor, what should I preach this sermon, or talking to God as a friend, someone to glean from, someone to comfort me, to know I am in pain, for others [including their salvation, needs, Blessing, health]. From driving to walking the dogs, to walking my property, to cooking, to sitting and relaxing I am continually talking to God in my mind.

When I read the comments about prayer or it being a command I am like there's someone void of Relationship with God.

You believe God's commands to pray are void.

I think the command is so eventually it becomes second nature. But to say it is a command makes me think it should be something happening more than you would talk to any human on earth. It should a lifeline. Not a command I must be doing.

Prayer is a Biblical command.

The same way Michael, the Mightiest of Angels spoke to him/them.

Jude 1:8-11 NLT - "In the same way, these people--who claim authority from their dreams--live immoral lives, defy authority, and scoff at supernatural beings. But even Michael, one of the mightiest of the angels, did not dare accuse the devil of blasphemy, but simply said, "The Lord rebuke you!" (This took place when Michael was arguing with the devil about Moses' body.) But these people scoff at things they do not understand. Like unthinking animals, they do whatever their instincts tell them, and so they bring about their own destruction. What sorrow awaits them! For they follow in the footsteps of Cain, who killed his brother. Like Balaam, they deceive people for money. And like Korah, they perish in their rebellion."

I give up on the hatred that thrives within this forum.
Here man let me see if I can help you out with the correct interpretation of this passage:

The SAVED fear God, believe Him and heed His warnings. Including His warnings about SATAN. His power, his treachery, the great threat he poses.

The UNSAVED do NOT fear God, nor heed His warnings. INCLUDING THAT OF SATAN whom they mock to their great PERIL!

That is in essence what Jude is intending to say here.

Also.....the aspect of Michael vs Satan already posted earlier as a means of correction.

You were wrongly misapplying that passage to the Church......EPIC FAIL.

Really you failed on every count in your discourse. Very common around here. BTW.

2 Thus says Adonai the Maker,
Adonai who formed it to make it firm
Adonai is His Name.
3 “Call to Me, and I will answer you—
I will tell you great and hidden things, which you do not know.”

2 People talking = Relationship [God and creation] from the Weeping Prophet Jeremiah.

Paul said he speaks in tongues more than anyone. Did he say he does that because it is a command or because he is in a Relationship with God?
Prayer is a Biblical command. Only those who are not of the elect ultimately refuse the Biblical commands to pray.
