Where does it state that???

Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.’
The "he" in this text is Paul and he is stating that his sins were washed away after his meeting with Ananias.

The word says those who are willing to seek God WILL find Him. I believe that is the key. Do we love God enough to study His word. And if necessary make adjustments when what we thought to be true does not line up with His word. Jesus said, true disciples will obey Him and in doing so will know the truth, and the truth shall set them free. (John 8:31-32)

yes, the text says the reason Paul went to Ananias was to receive his sight, not his salvation.
and Ananias also told him to be baptized, washing his sins away. so this is related to sight, as God defines "sight"

How would God give an exception to any man to the law, without becoming unjust and being in conflict with His very character? Indeed, the very reason Jesus had to die on the cross for us was so that God could be merciful to us, whilst still maintaining His justice. The mercy is granted to all men who believe on Jesus, that their sins be forgiven. But God cannot forgive the sins of those who do not believe on Jesus, as He must act justly.
The thief on the cross believed and was saved without baptism, as did Abraham before circumcision, as do all of us who are saved. Those who believe in baptism for their salvation believe in a works based religion and a false gospel - to them the same warning applies as Paul gave to the Galatians about circumcision.

Nope, the received the Spirit first, then baptized.
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message. 45 The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on Gentiles. 46 For they heard them speaking in tongues[b] and praising God.
Then Peter said, 47 “Surely no one can stand in the way of their being baptized with water. They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have.” 48 So he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days.
They were baptized after they were saved.

Read what Peter said. "They have received the Holy Spirit". Are you arguing that an unbeliever can receive the Holy Spirit? Or just that Peter was wrong about them receiving the Holy Spirit, and he therefore shouldn't have baptised them? (If so, perhaps he was also wrong about the whole circumcision debate, and we should add this to church membership requirements?)

The chapter's introduction, "At that moment," shouldn't be overlook and neither readily dismissed as not inclusive of the subsequent occurrences. Paul arose and was baptized and then he ate after not eating or drinking for three days. All in a moment. Why should we assume there was a popup baptismal on hand?

Yes nothing to disagree with their brother . He also says a lot of other things such as he would make people able to do what he calls then to do , that he is forebearing and patient with us as we learn as babes and grow into young and then later mature Christian’s over time
like before we do anything , he is within us working to change our Will and our actions which follow after ect
It’s really his promise to save the one who hears and comes to him that is the place to start and this is only found in the gospel
