God warns the saints about the new age movement which they interpret the Bible according to the occult and evolution, and people are still evolving to be spiritual, and a god, and Jesus evolved to be an ascended master, and there is no personal God, and the New Age Christ is the final teacher.

They shall come out at the latter times.

The time will come that people will not want to hear the truth of the Bible but according to their own lusts the new age movement.

The United Nations supports new age organizations and is with them as well as Science.

The United Nations has been operating since 1945 to work for peace on Earth, and now they want a one world government.

The nations governments are working together and want a one world government, but they have to get the people of the world on board to want a one world government to work for peace on Earth.

When Israel and Hamas started fighting the nations started dividing themselves spewing out threats, and warnings, and dividing themselves choosing sides between Israel and Arabs, and talking that a nuclear war could happen that could devastate the planet.

The book of Revelation, imo, is prescriptive more than predictive. The point of the beasts is not to predict a nation or person that will lead the world into the end times. Rather, John is describing, from the spiritual perspective, how Satan influences the powers of this world and why Christians suffer even after Christ’s victorious resurrection and ascension.

You can imagine Christians in the first century (and still today) asking the question: “If Jesus defeated sin and is sitting at God’s right hand, why am I suffering? Why is there so much evil? Why are Christians in particular being killed if Jesus is Lord of lords?”

The answer is found here in Revelation. Yes, Jesus is victorious, and that is precisely why there is so much suffering in the world, particularly for Christians. Satan has been cast down and knows his time is short. He is making war against believers and he has empowered “beasts” to do his bidding. These ”beasts” are not representative of any particular nation or government but governments as a whole. Just as Daniel saw nations and governments as various types of animals, so Satan has influenced and empowered governments to do his bidding.

I think we miss the power of Revelation when we try to ascribe this imagery to one specific, future reality. The fact is, this reality is happening and has been happening for thousands of years. It was true in John’s day when Satan was using the Roman government to persecute and kill Christians, and has been true in practically every government throughout world history to suppress truth and persecute believers. It is happening now in North Korea where believers are killed and people are forced to view their leader as a god. It’s true in Communist China where religion is suppressed and opposition to the power of the government is crushed. And, it is true in the United States where faith is undermined, twisted and believers are attacked personally and financially for adhering to their faith in the teachings of the Bible.

This is not to say every government is wholly Satanic, but it is to say that Satan is constantly at work to influence cultures and people of power to turn governments into puppets for the sole purpose of making war with the faithful. Revelation also shows how he does this in various ways…through intimidation and persecution, false religions (false prophet) and seduction/betrayal (prostitute).

Anyway, I think Revelation has a lot to teach us about how to be wise to the ways Satan works in the world so that we are not deceived or allured by his seduction or intimidated by the way he imposes threats and violence. He has many tools he uses and has used for centuries. But wise Christians will see what the real issue is and who the real enemy is. Thus, as Jesus tells us, “remain faithful, even to death, and you will receive a crown of life.”

God in the old testament restrained the plans for a one world government by confounding language. He no longer did that come the day of Pentecost. The Spirit now indwelt in us the church restrains the plans of Satan for a one world government.

The general way this is usual explained is that the Spirit is holding back evil. I don't find that the case as the verse is specific. It is a person who is being held back.

That person is being held back by the Spirit using the church. When Christ asked who am I, Peter replied the Christ the son of God.
Christ in Matthew 16;18 says, And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Gates are a defensive weapon. In ancient warfare when you sieged a walled city they would at times sally out and counter attack. The gates would also open for campaign to allow ones troops to go and wreck havoc.

The word gate the ones that won't prevail is pyle in Greek. Here is what Strong's has to say..........."4439 pýlē (a feminine noun) – a large door; an entrance-gate to a city or fortress; a door-gate. 4439 /pýlē ("a door-gate") typically refers to the exit people go out, i.e. focusing on what proceeds out of it. "

The emphasis here is on what comes out of the gate. The spirit using the church is holding back a person keeping him from exiting hell or the pit.

In the absence of the church we read in Revelation what proceeds out of hell or the pit. As it is no longer being restrained shut.

I love prophecy …. Around here though it seems like an invite to arguments to discuss much of it I have a lot of ehh contrary understandings from the popular things I read here so I basically avoid talking bout it very much

because prophecy seems so mysterious and broadly able to be interpreted , because it’s based on figures and imagery and statements that are cryptic and partial and foretelling latter things ect people form really differing opinions on it and get passionate I’ve noticed so I sort of try to stay out of it lol mostly

Can you give an example? It’s true that Preterists ascribe most of Revelation to the destruction of Jerusalem. I am not a Preterist, however, and so I see it as both/and rather than either/or.
