There would be no need for the Holy Spirit to gives us the Gift of Interpretation if it was human language.
The Holy Spirit ""speaks" when we speak in tongues.oh my lands dude! nowhere does that mean it is some language never spoken on earth
I mean who made all the languages if we believe the Bible? something about tower of babble I think?
I usually kind of interpret or get a feel for what I was praying about in tongues.....to me, that would kind of be the norm if a person is to get some kind of idea of clarity about a situation or whatever
well, don't mind me, but if that is your 'proof' text I would disagree and further say to look into the subject better and one verse does not a doctrine make![]()
Listen to the War in Russia and Ukraine. You immediately hear a DIALECT.
Speaking in tongues ''has NO"" dialect.
There would be no need for the Holy Spirit to gives us the Gift of Interpretation if it was human language.
Have you ever heard God speak through the Holy Spirit in God's Language? What is it we are trying to figure out here? I may by hearing and understanding their speech say, "Hey they're speaking Russian" I would still have no clue what was said without and Interpreter.
The Holy Spirit ""speaks" when we speak in tongues.
If the Holy Spirit is speaking why does it need to be human? < That makes no sense at all.
If that was the case we would not the Holy Spirit's Gift of Interpretation to understand when the Holy Spirit speaks through speaking in tongues.
Why do you think it has to be human language?Right. So that would mean at least 7000 or so people would be in any given service/gathering to be able to translate.
Please....think about what you are actually saying here![]()
So you are saying speaking in tongues has to be a human language?I'm now very comfortable saying I disagree with you. What you are saying is not in scripture.
Anyway, since even people who say they speak in tongues have problems understanding the text, it really does not leave much for those who are not familiar with the subject to go on.
smh
Have you ever heard God speak through the Holy Spirit in God's Language?
What makes you think it would have to be human?
Why would it require a Supernatural Gift to Interpret if it was human?
Romans 8:26What do you identify as 'Gods' language?'
Why do you think it has to be human language?
It's the Holy Spirit speaking.
Why does God have to speak human?
Romans 8:26
For we do not know how we ought to pray; the Spirit himself pleads with God for us in groans that ""words cannot express""
that words cannot express
Why do humans force God to speak in human when it is God speaking to God (Holy Spirit speaking to the Father)? That's an entirely different thing. You are really s t r e t c h i n g things here. It's not working
Why do humans force God to speak in human when it is God speaking to God (Holy Spirit speaking to the Father)?
How foolish can we be to think when God speaks to God it has to be human?
Romans 8:26When God speaks to God?
I think it's lunch time where I am.
