Doesn't this indicate that NATO valued Navalny as an asset? Considering Russia's standard reward for defectors of any kind... didn't this pretty much seal his fate? I can't help but wonder if they got this guy killed on purpose thinking it would get the funding bill passed.

After all; we don't need him when we have his wife, ready to take up his job.
