That makes no sense...
Matthew 10:34-36

English Standard Version

Not Peace, but a Sword
34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36 And a person's enemies will be those of his own household.

Isaiah 2.4 (KJV)
4And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

So you have no Bible verse to back up your argument?
Psalm 23

King James Version

23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

We disagree on what constitutes clear instructions and what is only inference.
“Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭3:6‬ ‭

Peter actually said “ in the name of Jesus ….and then commanded the man to rise and walk

“And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭3:7-8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭5:40‬ ‭

How would they know they were speaking in the name of Jesus unless they were actually proclaiming the name of Jesus as they spoke ? Like Peter said “ “in the name of Jesus “he said “ rise and walk “

Again Peter is actually saying this out loud to the people

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,

and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

There’s really no logical reason for us to remove his name it is declared by the gospel we’re meant to believe in his name and what the gospel says of him

We should do everything in Jesus name with him on our minds and hearts in morning and at night and all through the day.

If we were to remove the speaking of his name …..why ? Demons know his name and tremble and shudder and beg

“And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time? So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, ( they already knew he is lord over them they called his name also ) suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭8:28-29, 31‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭4:12‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We could believe in Buddha or alla or Moses or Paul we could believe in the sun evolution any pagan tradition and wives tale we chose any person we choose but God sent One to save us . His name is what identifies him. The name he declares by the gospel to all creation

All authority is his ……and also true is he has a name

So, you were unable to show me a verse in the Bible that states, "whoever is not baptized will not be saved." Case closed.
Why wouldn’t you choose the argument of how one is saved tho? And tell
People about that

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

why would all believers just believe and share that with people lol ? Rather than hear it and then say …” I wonder if I choose not to get baptized and not believe what he said if I’ll still
Be saved ? Since he never explicitly said it ……I’ll argue there’s a loophole 😅

what are we doing to one another as a group of believers

why do we here what God said and then we construct arguments against it rather than just accepting it and sharing the part he said will save people ? Instead of hearing what he said will save then debating whether we should
Believe it ? Or create an argument of why it’s not necassary ?

remember this ?

“And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭2:16-17‬ ‭

thats true there’s no reason to ever doubt it for Adam but then

“Now the serpent ….said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3:1-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Now they are cursed to die. The point is if we just listen to what God said about salvation and believe it there’s no reason for us to listen to the other contrary opinions we know God is the one who saves so we can just trust what he said will save but if we refuse to hear and believe what he said will save we often start to listen to others telling us other options they have constructed all by rejecting what he said and creating alternatives to what he said will save

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;

but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

what if we just let that be true and had no need to hear “ does it really say “ preach the gospel to all creation and whoever believes and is baptized shall be saved ?”

“ you don’t really need to get baptized in his name for remission of sins listen to me instead I’ll explain salvation better and clearer and simpler than this

“preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;”

Faith preempts doubt because it accepts what God said to begin with faith knew the fruit was deadly for sure God said it was he doesn’t lie he can’t it’s impossible for him to lie.

what I mean is we should look at what he said saves us rather than looking for loopholes that can be construed as an opposite message what Jesus sent out to people will save anyone but also we have to be extremely careful this was written 1900 yea ago appx

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4:3-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We know who’s word is truth and eternal and will save but then there’s alot of alternatives also to what the lord said will save us

“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.”
‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭2:1-2‬ ‭

We can’t really say Jesus brought in a damnable heresy by partaking of and teaching baptism or Peter commanding it for gentiles in acts ten those aren’t the heresies they said would come later the things telling us those aren’t true and correct doctrine would be the heresies they warned of

We should remember there’s a lot of evil and lies in the world and it’s extremely subtle it always has been just questions and suggestions when we have the plain spoken truth from God first we should just accept it and share it with others

Are you denying the Father and the Holy Spirit? Because Jesus did not do that. HE taught both, spoke of both, and established where His authority came from.

The fact that some make Baptism more about Salvation is interesting Because Jesus Never said salvation comes from being baptized or suggesting it.

John 3:16-20 Never mentioned Baptism in context to salvation.

Roman chapter 10:9-11 Never mentions baptism for salvation.

John 14:6

6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Jesus had a great opportunity to say here water baptism is needed.

FYI dead men can't obey.

Baptism is done by those who obey and must be alive to do so. They are regenerated, saved, and Born again.

Baptism, as Paul received from the Lord, read Roman chapters 6 -8, is symbolic of a grave where one old self Died and a new life in Christ is alive. The water represents the grave. And a life dead because of sin and is no more.

"Reckon": it to be so because it is so.
In Jesus dwells the fulness of the Godhead bodily. (Col 2:9) Therefore one does not deny the Father and Holy Ghost when one is baptized in water in the name of Jesus.

Jesus became the author of salvation unto all those who OBEY Him. Heb 5:9

Jesus was crucified and died literally. Baptism is not literally buried it is symbolic. All must come through the cross experience before water baptism.

There are people who have been water baptized yet are not saved because they wanted to be baptized because mommy or daddy was.

Yet there are people who came to Jesus from conviction of their sin and repented and had a meeting at the cross who were saved yet not water baptized.

Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection, and faith in that is what saves you. Baptism is publicly stating you are obedient to that truth.

In obedience to Christ, we get baptized. AS he was Baptized.
Are you suggesting that Paul did not actually mean what he said? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life." (Rom. 6:3-4) Clearly a spiritual reality takes place upon obedience to the command to be baptized in the name of Jesus.
