First off I did not see it nor do I know who said it THere are brothers and sisters who believe the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are not longer for today. That is not blasphemy of the Holy Spirit

The question really should be how is the gift of evangelism given, how does it come about.

Does it come about as you speak or it given as a permanent gift.

Every believer is called to testify of why they believe. The Holy Spirit's empowerment is to be a witness, Jesus Said in Acts 1:8

I'm sorry, I don't see where I said "perfect." My point of 24/7 is that everything can happen anywhere or anytime. When I am sleeping somewhere, it happens or happens. The church mission should not sleep or slumber.

The message of Christ is perfect. or the Gospel is perfect even if we are not.

So I'm asking you this question on the bases of evangelism beging something, when a child of God expresses his views about the Gospel.

I believe that is a non-essential doctrine meaning. There are biblical texts to support both positions.
I do believe in the Pretrib rapture of the Church. I believe the Bible teaches the return of Christ is imminent.
