That's the point. People who practice sinful lifestyles fall away eventually not because they lost their salvation but because they were never saved to begin with. They merely, for a time, outwardly were conformed to religious form without the attending inward change. They had a form of godliness but denied the power thereof. Good example is the Pharisees who were outwardly whited sepulcher, but inwardly full of dead men's bones.

God does not just forgive sin, If he could do that, Christ died for nothing

He died for all sin. Past present and future. If he did not. we are lost forever.
The passage you posted is about bearing fruit. not about being saved.
God said the moment we believe, we have eternal life

And I never said you can be Saved without the Works Christ did upon the Cross.
and Jesus is talking about THOSE ATTACHED to the Vine.

You say he only forgive past sin, it means he only died (covered) past sin.
You can;t have it both ways.
If you truly understood the law and the symbology, you would understand the high priest HAD to sacrifice once a year for all past sins.
So if Jesus did not die for ALL sin forever. then he has to come back down and die for those he did not die for to begin with.
You saying your sorry will not cause God to forgive one sin.. Thats what Grace did. thats why you were born again
