Yes let's point out the sins of one group so our conscience is eased as we watch them being bomb to death.
Should the Palestinians do what the Gibeonites did they wouldn't suffer to be bombed at all.
I would recommend the Gibeonites protocol to all the nations roundabout Israel.

I mean it is going to happen inevitably and eventually so you might as well get it over with.

Right?

Work calls, but I always feel like it is rude to not respond, but no, all countries should be held to the same standard under international law.

This is not the OT.

Where is the link?

At present you have 0 credibility with me. You called a reference to the Beast system rising as "newspaper prophecy", so please provide a link to a newspaper that said that.

You've got to be kidding. The OT is God's eternal will codified by Jesus Christ Himself, made clear by the prophecies thereof.

In fact it is crystal clear that the Old Testament prophecies regarding the gentiles and Israelites IS THE FUTURE.

Recently I have posted a mere handfull of proof passages. I could very easily back of the truck and add hundreds more. Hundreds upon hundreds.

The problem isn't about biblical facts and truth. Actually the problem is you and your willful blindness to them.

FYI.......you have yet to prevail in any biblically grounded argument. Striking out every single time. Glad it ain't me.

I believe it was in Grant Jeffrey's book, but who remembers all that nonsense anymore.

Perhaps you have failed to consider that the Gibeonites did what they did as an act of their own free will. No international courts required. No lawyers. An out-of-court settlement in effect.
Exactly the same scenario as Christians today BTW.

Oh and by the way they (the Gibeonites) TOOK THE INITIATIVE because they read Deuteronomy. And were very well-informed and knew perfectly well who Israel was, where they came from, and why they were there. Oh.......and they knew what happened to phaoah and Egypt. And they also knew that they were doomed Canaanite Hivites.

So......just like the smart thief on the cross they repented AND LIVED. Whereas the other kings of the land did NOT repent and perished like the other criminal on the cross.

These "types" being of course intentional. And obvious if you have eyes to see with.

I have already demolished your weak sauce attempts at exegesis. In devastating fashion.

You never gonna win the Super Bowl with that kind of pitiful effort.

I have already posted my view on this here on CC.
I wonder if you agree that the Palestinians have a right to statehood?
Can you direct me to your view please?

Yes. Arabs that call themselves Palestinians, even though there is literally no such thing historically, should and do have a state. It’s called Jordan.

They can’t live in peace with Israel, Jews, or Christians for that matter, so they ALL need to go from that whole land that’s supposed to be Israel’s. I’m for the expulsion of all of them.

Strangely enough some of the other Arab/Muslim countries do not want the Palestinians either. But this whole problem goes back to the treachery of the British government at the time that the state of Zionist Israel was being established in 1948.

However the Six Day war in 1967 was Israel's chance to make some serious changes in Palestine and they basically blew it. They had possession of both the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and could have negotiated a proper solution for the Palestinians. But instead they did not do what was necessary. And ever since they have been paying for that huge mistake.

that is a huge thing- no other arab nation will take any one from gaza. egypt's border is just as fortified , if not more, than Israel's.

Israel is never going to really "get it right"......until they are thrust into the thick of the tribulation whereby and wherewith they recognize their Messiah.

Yes Jesus pretty much told them in verses 39-47 that since they didn't receive him as the Messiah Moses spoke of that they would just keep on looking for one. Seems to make good sense in that if they didn't/don't believe Jesus is the Messiah that they would just keep on looking until they found one right? The thing is though that that man of sin comes and requires everyone to receive his name(comes in his own name)... And Jesus says that they will receive him... https://biblehub.com/interlinear/john/5.htm

I searched for the thread but I have way to many posts to sift through, so my statement was that the Jewish people have a right to their own nation, and Israel has a right to exist.

Jordan was created by the colonialist nations after the fall of the Ottoman empire.

"I’m for the expulsion of all of them."

May God have mercy on you.

There you go man. Neighborly love between Jew and gentile WILL HAPPEN. Its just not going to happen today. And it will never happen until the SC occurs.

Furthermore, regardless of the peaceable relations, the borders of the nation Israel are nevertheless definitively ordained, and the gentiles who CHOOSE to take up residence there................remain gentiles. And doubtless, these gentiles are most certainly saved, have yoked themselves to the God of Israel, and have received Jesus as Lord and Savior.

FYI.....notice the western border.

Eze 47:20
The west side also shall be the great sea from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side.
Eze 47:21
So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.
Eze 47:22
And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel; they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
Eze 47:23
And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord GOD.

Israel’s true history
Palestinian territory
– encompassing the Gaza Strip and West Bank, including East Jerusalem – has been illegally occupied by Israel since 1967. Since then, the Israeli government has established a two-tiered legal and political system that provides comprehensive rights for Jewish Israeli settlers while imposing military rule and control on Palestinians without any basic protections or rights under international law. The Israeli government has also engaged in a regular practice of inhumane acts, as well as extrajudicial killings, torture, denial of fundamental human rights, arbitrary detention and collective punishment. The UN
According to a March 2022 report by the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the OPT, Israel’s political system of entrenched rule in the OPT satisfies the prevailing evidentiary standard for the crime of apartheid. The Special Rapporteur determined in July 2021 that Israel’s occupation since 1967 has been characterized by settlement expansion that aims to permanently alter the ethnic demographics of East Jerusalem and amounts to a war crime. The UN Security Council (UNSC) previously adopted a resolution in December 2016 reaffirming that Israeli settlements in the OPT violate international law. The CoI reached similar conclusions in September 2022, reporting that the Israeli government’s policies and actions have led to the permanent occupation and de facto annexation of Palestinian territory, likely constituting crimes under international law, including war crimes. Both the CoI and Special Rapporteur have reported that this ongoing coercive environment has prevented Palestinians from fulfilling their right to self-determination and other fundamental human rights. In December 2022 the UN General Assembly requested the International Court of Justice to give an advisory opinion on the legal consequences of Israel’s ongoing occupation.
Palestinians are regularly subjected to violence by Israeli settlers, including physical attacks, shooting with live ammunition, torching of fields and livestock, theft and vandalization of property. Israeli security forces also perpetrate widespread attacks against Palestinians, particularly in occupied territory, which often lead to deadly escalations, including regular aerial bombardments of the Gaza Strip. According to the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), 2022 was the deadliest year for Palestinians residing in the Occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, since 2005, with over 150 Palestinians, including 26 children, killed by Israeli security forces.
Meanwhile, Israel’s air, sea and land blockade of Gaza has been in place since 2007

The CoI concluded that the Israeli government has restricted civic space through a strategy of delegitimizing and silencing civil society, which is linked to its goal of maintaining permanent occupation at the expense of the rights of the Palestinian people.

Oh sweet pee, what did you mean by that post?
Just curious
No animosity intended or implied
:)-
I take it that you also think that Jerusalem is first and foremost Arab/Palestinian territory?
How about the actual site of the Jewish Temple (not the Antonia Fortress where the Western Wall is by the way).

And by the sounds of it you would prefer every Jew homeless in nationless.
Furthermore it is made perfectly clear by your earlier posts that you seek the extermination of every Jew alive.

By all accounts you seem to proclaim Hitlers attitude warmed over.
