the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.

when the Word became flesh, He did not cease being the Word.
You may have to go back to the Greek. But I do not know Greek.

Jesus is the Word made flesh.

John 17:5 NASB20 - "And now You, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world existed.

Because the Bible says that we are to have faith in Jesus.
And Jesus said He was His Father. You don't have to completely grasp it; just believe it because the Bible says it.
John 10:30
“I and my Father are one.”

No. Jesus is not His own Father.

John 20:17 NASB20 - Jesus said to her, "Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brothers and say to them, 'I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.'"

John 17:5 NASB20 - "And now You, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world existed.

Jesus is Lord and the Son of God.

as a Jewish man, for Thomas to call Jesus God would have to be admitting he equated Jesus with Yahwah.
God's name is Yahveh. Or, Yahweh if you follow the ancient paleo a certain way. In any case, God's name is made up of the Hebrew letters YOD HEY VAV HEY. Or, YOD HEY WAW HEY. I read the vav in the modern Hebrew of the Torah text. I don't know how to pronounce God's name.

Do you believe the following?

Psalm 82:6 KJV - I have said, Ye [are] gods; and all of you [are] children of the most High.

John 10:34 KJV - Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

I do not believe that Jesus is God.
A heads up here, for your information: Arguing against the Deity of Christ is the number
one theological heresy not allowed on this site, so if you keep expressing this disbelief
and giving reasons why, you may find yourself ousted from the community (banned).

I am not expressing any disbelief. I believe that God is one. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God. I don't know if that means that Jesus is Deity or not.

you ignored my question.

for Thomas to call Jesus God, he would be putting Him onto the same level as Yahweh.

Note the small "g" and the plural form. That matters.
