In heaven we will have glorified bodies because flesh and blood can not enter heaven. It has been tainted with sin.
This is one of those things that’s waiting to be revealed as John said (3:2).
I would love to know how the technicalities of this process works but they will be revealed to us in time.
Jesus' resurrected body was able to show human characteristics and able to eat food while also going through walls.
So, i'm not sure how this works but it is very exciting and amazing and awesome and beautiful to be in the presence of God.

Amen well said Paul calls them Spiritual bodies made for the heavenly and. Ot the earthly bodies we lived in on earth

Lets try this again....What did Jesus say? He has a body of flesh and blood. The glorified body can be made of flesh and blood.
The Bible specifically says that flesh and blood can not enter heaven. A glorified body is somehow different. Our flesh and blood body down here has been tainted with sin so it has to be changed into a heavenly body. It will be like Jesus resurrection body.

The flesh dies and decays , the person inside is a spirit and returns here for this reason

Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.”

when we our body dies our living spirit returns to the one who gave spirit to all living things in order to be judged for the things we did in the body .
The flesh and spirit are opposed later on we’ll all be like the glorified body of Jesus on the Mount of transfiguration I suspect heavenly beings glorofied no monger bound by t he mortal shells of flesh and blood there’s a whole new creation ahead including bodies

I agree, Our concept' of our heavenly body is very limited. Jesus is very clear, he has a body of flesh and blood. That opens up a lot of ideas of what it will be able to do.

I agree with that, BUT it will still be a flesh and blood body. We will eat, drink, work and do other things.

flesh and bones—He says not "flesh and blood"; for the blood is the life of the animal and corruptible body (Ge 9:4), which "cannot inherit the kingdom of God" (1Co 15:50); but "flesh and bones," implying the identity, but with diversity of laws, of the resurrection body.
I am redeemed my sin debt was paid on the cross past, present, and future sins. I am sealed until the day of redemption. I am a born again Christian.
The verse you gave is speaking about the nature of the kingdom. That is, the kingdom of God is spiritual. The kingdom of God is also in us according to Jesus. So we can both be in the kingdom and possess a body.
Well the thing about that John is that a body of flesh and blood cannot go through walls so again it’s one of those mysteries that will be revealed in time.
If I were to be able to explain this in a technical manner it would involve dimensions.
A 2 dimensional being cannot see the world like a 3 dimensional being and a 3 dimensional being cannot see the wold like 4-5-6 or 7 dimensional being.
So when we get to higher dimensions it will be revealed.
