In heaven we will have glorified bodies because flesh and blood can not enter heaven. It has been tainted with sin."Look at My hands and My feet. It is I Myself. Touch Me and see—for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.” Luke 24:39.
In Genesis 6 angels had bodies of flesh and blood. Like Jesus, they can take human form.
In heaven we will have glorified bodies because flesh and blood can not enter heaven. It has been tainted with sin.
Lets try this again....What did Jesus say? He has a body of flesh and blood. The glorified body can be made of flesh and blood.In heaven we will have glorified bodies because flesh and blood can not enter heaven. It has been tainted with sin.
The Bible specifically says that flesh and blood can not enter heaven. A glorified body is somehow different. Our flesh and blood body down here has been tainted with sin so it has to be changed into a heavenly body. It will be like Jesus resurrection body.Lets try this again....What did Jesus say? He has a body of flesh and blood. The glorified body can be made of flesh and blood.

I agree, Our concept' of our heavenly body is very limited. Jesus is very clear, he has a body of flesh and blood. That opens up a lot of ideas of what it will be able to do.This is one of those things that’s waiting to be revealed as John said (3:2).
I would love to know how the technicalities of this process works but they will be revealed to us in time.
Jesus' resurrected body was able to show human characteristics and able to eat food while also going through walls.
So, i'm not sure how this works but it is very exciting and amazing and awesome and beautiful to be in the presence of God.
Shall we try this again....Look at My hands and My feet. It is I Myself. Touch Me and see—for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”“That which is born of the flesh is flesh;
and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”
John 3:6 KJV
“It is the spirit that quickeneth;
the flesh profiteth nothing:
the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
John 6:63 KJV
“For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption;
but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”
Galatians 6:8 KJV
“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit,
and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.”
Galatians 5:16-25
the first revelation of man I. The bu me was about thier contrary nature of the flesh and the living spirit of god
“And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.”
Genesis 6
in the end the flesh and blood is left behind in the dust it came from and the spirit goes to God
“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it wasman’s corrupt flesh made of the earth )
and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”( the breath of life God breathed into man that gave him life )
Ecclesiastes 12:7 KJV
The bu ke tells us this body is like a temporary tabernacle it’s only made for earthly life and is what dies first and the spirit then Returns to God for judgement
“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:”
Hebrews 9:27 KJV
The flesh dies and decays , the person inside is a spirit and returns here for this reason
“Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
we are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.”
2 Corinthians 5:6, 8-10
when we our body dies our living spirit returns to the one who gave spirit to all living things in order to be judged for the things we did in the body .
The flesh and spirit are opposed later on we’ll all be like the glorified body of Jesus on the Mount of transfiguration I suspect heavenly beings glorofied no monger bound by t he mortal shells of flesh and blood there’s a whole new creation ahead including bodies
I agree with that, BUT it will still be a flesh and blood body. We will eat, drink, work and do other things.The Bible specifically says that flesh and blood can not enter heaven. A glorified body is somehow different. Our flesh and blood body down here has been tainted with sin so it has to be changed into a heavenly body. It will be like Jesus resurrection body.

flesh and bones—He says not "flesh and blood"; for the blood is the life of the animal and corruptible body (Ge 9:4), which "cannot inherit the kingdom of God" (1Co 15:50); but "flesh and bones," implying the identity, but with diversity of laws, of the resurrection body.interesting to meet a Christian who has not heard of redemption?
Should be flesh and bone. not flesh and blood.In heaven we will have glorified bodies because flesh and blood can not enter heaven. It has been tainted with sin.
I am redeemed my sin debt was paid on the cross past, present, and future sins. I am sealed until the day of redemption. I am a born again Christian.interesting to meet a Christian who has not heard of redemption?
Read my post# 16 scripture says flesh and blood not flesh and bone.Should be flesh and bone. not flesh and blood.
The verse you gave is speaking about the nature of the kingdom. That is, the kingdom of God is spiritual. The kingdom of God is also in us according to Jesus. So we can both be in the kingdom and possess a body.
I agree, Our concept' of our heavenly body is very limited. Jesus is very clear, he has a body of flesh and blood. That opens up a lot of ideas of what it will be able to do.
