Don't waste your time arguing with MosesY. He's devoid of wisdom. Flat Earth, we never landed on the moon, Christians should surrender their government to evil people... yes, quite wanting for wisdom.

Moses is a nice guy. I don't agree with him about flat earth or (most of his) conspiracy stuff, but he's a nice guy.

He once disagreed with Gojira about something, and Gojira just can't STAND that. Don't let that make you put Moses on ignore.

I think in all my years here I put maybe two people on ignore and they were banned soon after. I can handle anyone who is willing to talk. And some here I have big disagreements with, but have settled our differences in PMs. I'm so confident that things can be worked out that I've never even put RA on ignore, not even once and he's already put me on his hit list twice. Once for being Pentecostal and I forget what this last one was. We disagree on a lot, most everything, but he gave great advice on a thread I started about my nephew. I wish we could all just chill and act like the body parts we were made to be. I could make a real good joke there, but I probably shouldn't, so for once, I will refrain.

Frustrating, I know. I can't imagine God likes it when we put people on ignore, but when I do it, it's usually because their presence offers more bad than good. I haven't put Moses on ignore, but to avoid sinning, I may have to at some point.

I am a military veteran that served the United States of America in the 101st Airborne Division of the US Army. There are other ways to serve your country besides the armed forces. No, it is not better to do nothing at all. That is just pure pathetic.

Seeking God's direction where exactly? Friends, family, and work associates can be a valuable resource for wise, spiritual counsel.

David asked God's advice many times. God talked directly to David many times.

David still asked advice from his trusted friends.

In Acts they consulted with each other a lot about what to do about certain situations. Why would they need to talk to each other instead of just all talking to God?
