I rip on posts based upon my memory of a bunch of posts the same poster has made before to show I have proof of what I say.
That is called debating. While debating I'm not your friend nor ever will be if you present false doctrine.
The answer to that question is no. One can not have the Holy Spirit in them if they are not saved. The phrase "Baptism in the Holy Spirit " means to have The HS in you and upon you, as Jesus said in John chapters 14, 15, and 16.
This is not about water baptism. This is a question about the Spiritual clothing of the believer by the Holy Spirit.

You are able to do the same YET, but you have not provided one verse that states the gifts of the holy Spirit are not for today and no longer needed because of the canonization of scripture.
