#1) Bible Principles - if you do not believe Moses and the prophets - you will not understand or believe Yeshua/Jesus.

Luke 24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he (Yeshua/Jesus) expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

Luke 24:44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

#2) Bible Principles - John 10:30 I and my Father are one. Jer_3:23 Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel.

Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD/YHWH our God is one LORD:
6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
John 5:42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.
1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
Jonah 2:9 Salvation H3444/Yeshua is of the LORD/YHWH. H3068
Isaiah 52:10 The LORD/YHWHH3068 hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations;/Gentiles H1471 and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation/Yehsua H3444 of our God.
Mat 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
Mat 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment.
Mat 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Mat 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
#3) Bible Principles - The New Covenant is for the House of Israel and the House of Judah and for any Gentiles who join with the commonwealth of Israel. (Jeremiah 31 and Hebrews 8)

#4) Bible Principles - The LORD changes not and Yeshua/Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.

#5) Bible Principles - You cannot add or diminish from the Torah.

This is a commandment that Yeshua pointed to those who keep their man-made traditions (paradosis=666) and make void the Word. of God Christians cling to a man-made tradition "the law is done away with and we don't have to read it, know it, or cling to that - we are lawless and no not we are condemned"
1 Timothy 1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

These five Bible Principles are not my man-made idea, but is straight from the Bible, both Tanak and New Testament. If you read a verse and take it to mean something that contradicts these FIVE PRINCIPLES i've outlined here - then you need to keep studying and quit pointing to those who do understand and walk in these Principles.

Psalns 119:105 NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Proverbs 6:23 For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life:
2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God,
and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
This was such a blessing to read thank you for this it is chock full of truth

What is Torah?
By Jeff A. Benner

The Hebrew word תורה (torah, Strong's #8451) is usually translated into the English word "Law". Because of this translation there is a great misunderstanding of what "Torah" truly is. "TORAH IS NOT LAW". When we use the word "law" we assume a certain meaning and concept of the word that is not present in the Hebrew Scriptures.

Let us start by looking at the Etymology of the Hebrew word Torah so that we may better understand its true definition. The word Torah comes from the Hebrew root word ירה (Y.R.H, Strong's #3384), a verb which means "to flow or throw something".

This can be a flowing of an arrow from an archer's bow, or the flowing of a finger to point out a direction. Nouns are derived from the verb by making one or two changes to the verb root. For instance, when the י (the letter yud) is replaced by a ו (the letter vav) and a מ (the letter mem) is added to the front of the word, the noun מורה (moreh, Strong's #4175) is formed and means "one who does the flowing".

This can be an archer who flows an arrow, or a teacher who flows his finger to point out way the student is to go in the walk of life. Another noun is formed the same way except that a ת (the letter tav) is placed at the front of the word instead of a מ (the letter mem) and we have the word Torah. Torah is "what is flowed by the Moreh". This can be the arrow from the archer or the teachings and instructions from the teacher.

A hebraic definition of Torah is "a set of Instructions, from a father to his children, violation of these instructions are disciplined in order to foster obedience and train his children". Notice how the word Torah is translated in the New International Version translation in the following passages.

"Listen, my son, to your father's instruction and do not forsake your mother's teaching [Torah]." (Proverbs 1:8)

"My son, do not forget my teaching [Torah], but keep my commands in your heart". (Proverbs 3:1)

The purpose of a parents Torah is to teach and bring the children to maturity. If the Torah is violated out of disrespect or defiant disobedience, the child is punished. If the child desires to follow the instructions out of a loving obedience but falls short of the expectations, the child is commended for the effort and counseled on how to perform the instructions better the next time.

Unlike Torah, law is a set of rules from a government and binding on a community. Violation of the rules require punishment. With this type of law, there is no room for teaching, either the law was broken with the penalty of punishment or it was not broken. God, as our heavenly Father, gives his children his Torah in the same manner as parents give their Torah to their children, not in the manner as a government does to its citizens.

"Blessed is the man you discipline, O LORD, the man you teach from your Torah" (Psalms 94:12)
I think this is blatantly dishonest... to take someone's use of the word "Torah" (capital "T") and the claim they misunderstand your use of "torah" (lowercase "t") is bad enough. But the bulk of your postings has been all about Torah (capital "T") and you want people to be Torah-observant because you claim that God's Word is enduring... even though God has told us that the Torah and the Old-Covenant is no longer in play.

This type of duplicity is so very common in Torah-Observance, Hebrew-Roots movement, and various Sabbatarian groups... at least in my experience. And Paul reflects these same points in a few epistles... how those trying to undermine his ministry which cunning words and lies.

You all never quit...

Do you feel the end times are here now? Do you question your role or are you just waiting to be taken up? Do you know that all the calamity happening around the world is Yehovah's works of wrath on a disobedient, rebellious world? Do you know it is prophesied to just continue to get worse and worse? Are you ready? Don't call the calamities Mother Earth or Gaia. Don't blame it on Satan. Blame only yourselves and for your rebellion.

Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

Isaiah 26:20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
21 For, behold,
the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity = G458 ἀνομία
anomia an-om-ee’-ah

Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Isaiah 33:22 For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; he will save us.

Revelation 19:16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written,
KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. < Who is this? Yehovah or Yeshua?

Hello Grace911, Great post, Come Lord Jesus Come, What Does Revelation 22:20 Mean? (knowing-jesus.com)

Love, Walter and Debbie
Yeshua/Jesus is our blessed hope and our salvation and our bridegroom. As the world gets hotter and hotter and more hotter, more and more those living through this time will be crying out "Come Lord Jesus Come" and some will be cursing the LORD and refuse to repent and return to His ways. To reject the Torah and the Prophets is to reject our "LOVE LETTER from the LORD/YESHUA to his bride". It is our instructions and words of encouragement during the easy and during the hard times.

Matthew 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Matthew 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Thank you, I was just looking over a few threads but not of this one, do you mind sharing your insight?: When Does A Christian Become Immortality/Born Again? - Christian Chat Rooms & Forums
When is a person conceived? Conception begins in the mother's womb. Of perhaps I should say in lieu of today's technology when the egg is fertilized with the sperm. And then, generally, this is a 9 month or 280 day process until birth. After birth we begin to grow and mature and become adults. I'm speaking of the natural and assuming I am speaking about one who is not deformed or disabled in any way.

Using the natural to understand the spiritual. We are conceived at our confession that Yeshua/Jesus is our Saviour. But that is only part of the equation. Yeshua/Jesus and the Father we confess are our LORD/YHWH as well. Must become one within us. This is what we call "KNOWING" or having intimate relationship. This is why I emphasize the keeping of the commandments is because it is the fruit of our obedience and we can know intimately the LORD/YHWH/Yeshua. The commandments and instructions are for the bride.

The first marriage covenant given at Mount Sinai to all of the people there (Israelites and the strangers and aliens who joined with them) was accepted with "We will do all the LORD commands". But they did not have the power of the Holy Spirit to give them ability to stay committed. Eventually the LORD divorced the House of Israel and this is why He had to be born of flesh so that He could die and open the way to remarry our first husband. In Acts, the renewed covenant was empowered with the giving of the Holy Spirit. The ability to have a "I want to keep His commandments" because I love my Master and Saviour and He is my LORD. I believe this is the point of being "Born Again" of the spirit. From that point we begin to grow and mature and have common sense. We were foolish in our youth, but the LORD chastised our foolishness and as we proved that we are not rebellious, but willing to learn and walk in His Ways. We learn that the Word is a lamp to our path. One day will come and we will be changed to immortality and incorruptible bodies. Oh what a glorious day that will be.

Not everyone is called to be a bride. I do not understand why that is. I guess some have to be guests and witnesses and others are not even invited to the wedding.

Have you noted the temperatures around the world? We are having breaking records of the hottest days. What happens when the temperatures exceed historical records? There is drought, and rivers are drying up. The ground cannot soak up heavy rains and that is followed by floods and mudslides. Where I live, near the Gulf of Mexico, when the waters are hot the hurricanes develop and pick up speed/strength. Other places around the world are having earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, volcanic eruptions, fires, and failing crops. Food storage plants are burning. Now, Pfizer warehouse was hit by a tornado. There is talk of nuclear war on the horizon. Why is this happening? Because like the title of this thread is "It is time for thee lord to work, for they have made void thy law. The wrath of Yehovah is coming NOW.

The Great Day of the Lord
Malachi 4:1-6 For behold, the day is coming, burning like a fire pot; and all the proud, and every doer of wickedness, shall be chaff. And the coming day will set them ablaze, says Jehovah of Hosts, which will not leave root or branches to them.
But to you who fear My name, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise, and healing will be on His wings. And you shall go out and frisk like calves of the stall.
And you shall trample the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day which I am preparing, says Jehovah of Hosts. Remember the Law of Moses My servant, which I commanded to him in Horeb for all Israel, the statutes and judgments.
Behold, I am sending you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Jehovah.
Mal 4:6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the sons, and the heart of the sons to their fathers, that I not come and strike the earth with utter destruction.

Malachi 3:6 For I am Jehovah, I change not. Because of this you sons of Jacob are not destroyed.
Malachi 3:7 From the days of your fathers, you have turned aside from My statutes, and have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you, says Jehovah of Hosts. But you say. In what way shall we return?

Isaiah 45:4 For Jacob My servant's sake, and Israel My elect, I have even entitled you. I have named you, though you have not known me.
5 I am Jehovah, and there is none else, no God besides Me; I clothed you, though you have not known Me;
6 that they may know from the rising of the sun, and to the sunset, that there is none besides Me. I am Jehovah, and there is none else;
7 forming the light and creating darkness; making peace and creating evil. I Jehovah do all these things.

What does it mean to confess your sins? 1 John 3:4 Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness, for sin is lawlessness.

A lot of believers in Jesus and Paul, believe that "we don't have to keep the Law" "we are free of doing that" "we are Gentiles but in Christ there is neither Jew or Gentile".

While it is time for the LORD to work for they have made void thy law - it is still time enough to REPENT AND RETURN.

John 3:16 - who is the world? The 12 tribes dispersed/scattered all over the world and intermingled with every race of evrey nation.

Deuteronomy 30:3 then Jehovah your God will turn your captivity. And He will have compassion on you, and will return and gather you from all the nations where Jehovah your God has scattered you.

Isaiah 11:12 And He shall lift up a banner for the nations, and shall gather the outcasts of Israel and gather together the scattered ones of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

Jeremiah 1:10 Hear the Word of Jehovah, O nations, and declare it in the coastlands afar off. And say, He who scattered Israel will gather him and keep him, as a shepherd keeps his flock.

Ezekiel 20:34 And I will bring you out from the people, and I will gather you out of the lands in which you are scattered among them, with a mighty hand and with a stretched out arm and with fury poured out.

Ezekiel 28:25 So says the Lord Jehovah: When I have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and have been sanctified in them in the sight of the nations, then they shall dwell in their land that I have given to My servant Jacob.

John 11:51 And he did not speak this of himself, but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for the nation;
52 and not for that nation only, but also that He should gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad.

A man asked Jesus this very question, "...What good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?", and Jesus replied, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. (Matthew 19:16-19).

This was a direct answer to a direct question, which all of us will do well to take heed to. Anybody can claim to have faith, but actions speak louder than words. Faith and works go together and you can't have one without the other. "Here is the patience of the saints; here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus" (Revelation 14:12).

Now we must believe (have faith) Jesus died for us (Hebrews 10:4,9-10) 4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. 9 then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. 10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

This doesn't mean we don't have to obey God's moral laws of conduct. That would be like a man getting paroled from prison and then ignoring the same laws that sent him to prison in the first place. Jesus only died once, so if we willingly break God's law, after accepting Jesus, our reward will be eternal damnation (Hebrews 10:26-27) 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. Let us avoid this at all costs, seeking a better reward. Jesus will return real soon And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. (Revelation 22:12).

Yes, as the LORD's wrath and fury is poured out on a rebellious and stubborn people, we must love one another through it. May we all be like the good Samaritan. Even though I have no silver or gold, I can give what I do have.

Acts 3:6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.

1 Peter 3:8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.

A question about bout the new covenant;

from the book pf prophet Jeremiah;

Jer 31:31 “Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah,
Jer 31:32 not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, declares the LORD.
Jer 31:33 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the LORD: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

Some say the new covenant is in effect, some do not agree but see it come to effect just after Jesus's return. These verses follow the ones about the restoration of Israel and Judah see Jer full chap. 30 that correspond to the end time after jacob's trouble ;
Jer 30:7 Alas! That day is so great there is none like it; it is a time of distress for Jacob; yet he shall be saved out of it.

Jer 31:34 And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

Some say the new covenant is in effect, some do not agree but see it come to effect just after Jesus's return. These verses follow the ones about the restoration of Israel and Judah see Jer full chap. 30 that correspond to the end time after jacob's trouble ;
Jer 30:7 Alas! That day is so great there is none like it; it is a time of distress for Jacob; yet he shall be saved out of it.

Hi ThyKingdomComeSoon, Good question, I'm aware of one true doctrine/new covenant or are we talking about the same thing?

A question about bout the new covenant;

from the book pf prophet Jeremiah;

What do you think.

Do you think this new covenant was for the Jews first then the gentile.

Or just the Jews

Or do you think it's a new covenant to come for the Jews only or for everyone including Christians.

Why do you repeatedly not state what you believe after posting scripture, it would make it so much more easier to talk with you.

This is what believe

Luke 22:20
Also he did the same with the cup after the evening meal saying this cup means the new covenant by virtue of my blood which is to be poured out in your behalf
