BTW......buddy of mine divorced then married an Aussie lady and moved there. Had a couple of kids. She is a school teacher.
They say that at this present point, inflation/horrificly unaffordable food prices/moon-shot mortgage rates have destroyed their lives. Flat broke after 20 years of toil and sweat. Now they are in the hole month after month with no end in sight. And they say that the COVID tyranny was just over the top dictatorial madness.
So......yea. Russia is hell on earth. It really is. I totally agree.
But evidently, so is Australia now mate.
And my country is also rapidly degrading into an utterly corrupt totalitarian cesspool just the same. Things have never been worse for many many MANY generations.
And know that this is merely the beginning. Its going to get worse. Much MUCH worse from here.

Praise Jesus on this eve of July 4th and may God bless America. Thank God for the good weekend here in America, may be slow from me for the week, but last big news before our holiday is good from Europe. The exciting drama launched by Lord Jesus returns to the plotlines; Prigozhin resurfaces in Belarus and all throughout Unholy Russia their people are turning against Wicked Putin's rule. The valiant Ukrainian underdog defenders continue to be strengthened by Jesus and hold out against all of satanic Russia's wiles and lies and brutalities, and even the Heroes of Europa make real tangible gains. PRAISE JESUS!
All I am saying is that your wishful thinking is not going to bring peace. I'm not so sure that Ukraine will fail. Ending to war is simple. Putin leaves Ukraine, all of it and commits never to invade again. Since he is a serial liar, even that is no guarantee of peace in the long term. Prigozhin is as bad as Putin, but he was right about one thing: Russia had no right to invade Ukraine. The pretext was entirely false.
Sure it is difficult for many here. There are a lot of reasons, much of which is due to Australia standing up to China's bullying. It's cost a lot in exports. Another reason is the stupidly high level of immigration. We import vast numbers of people but there is no housing for them. That pushes up house prices and rents. It's been bad before. Try 16% inflation and even higher interest rates. We survived. The present generation has no idea what it is like to go through a recession.
I don't know if this is a typical Australia downturn or a permanent change for the worse. We will see. God has taken care of all our needs. Sometimes a nation needs a crisis to get people on their knees before God. This may be one of those times. God's blessing has come off this country. China is now a serious enemy, we've had catastrophic drought, bushfires and floods. It was not a good idea to permit gay marriage. God is not mocked.
Having said all that, people are still clamouring to move here. It is not as bad as the media would have you believe. Unemployment is low, health care is taxpayer funded (not free), the vast majority of people pay their bills on time and have plenty to eat. I don't fear being shot at when I go for a walk or ride my bike. I don't know anyone who owns a gun. All this can change in a very short period of time. We will see.

China's economy is already in the process of collapsing, if Russia capitulates in Ukraine you will see the BRICS alliance begin to collapse. France and Saudi Arabia would immediately bounce back to the US dollar and then BRICS would collapse.
Russia has allied itself with Islamic nations, and with China. This alliance is not about Ukraine, it is focused on dethroning the US and Israel. He is using Ukraine to bait the west, to clear out their prisons, to get rid of old equipment, and Putin is all about restoring the USSR to a position of prominence. He would choose to die before he would capitulate.

Russia has had an amazing loss of "brain power" and capital investment....most of which will never return. Also their fertility rates (rates of pregnancy by women of childbearing years) has fallen to one of the lowest in the world.
Ukraine is seeing potential investors that left Russia but has lost 25% of their population and a fall of fertility rates as well. As the war continues these people won't migrate back home.
Cutting past the RHETORIC....let's get to what is really being fought over. Money and power. (As if there really was anything else that starts wars)

I know what Zelensky said....the whole world knows what he says.
And I completely understand that Zelensky wants unrestricted shipping in and out of Ukraine ports by the commercial fleets of the world...which Russia, by having their premier Naval Base at Sevastopol, have blockaded that from ever happening. They have done everything imaginable and unimaginable to keep Ukraine minerals and foods being sold to Russia at below market value.
Also....the families and farms. There's going to be a border....and it's going to rival the former Soviet border after this war. No crossing without getting shot. Families are going to end up behind enemy lines and others losing family legacy farms and homes by escaping the fighting. (Russian men used to marry Ukranian women regularly)
So how does this end?
If Russia pulls back and goes home (as has been suggested and repeated ad nauseum) the resulting chaos and insurrection is going to be catastrophic across the entire Continent...
The Ruble will collapse. The "aligned" nations with Russia will as well. Then we will have 1,000s of nuclear weapons floating about in something akin to a warlord territories area covering everything from Kaliningrad through Belarus, Georgia, Chechnya and others.
The last time Russia/USSR fell we had Russian mobsters infecting every major city in the world....now we have Ukranians and Russians both out there seeding their underworld in the new slums these migrations have started.
Too late....it's already started.

What is the solution?
How does this war end without it starting back up again? Because unless it's agreed to and livable either side WILL start an independent armed aggression to start it back up again.

I perceive that you actually believe that you are living in one of the "good" nations.
This is unbiblical, false, and betrays a massive failure in straightforward observation and deduction.
But this is to be expected in most of the people living in the "five eyes" nations. 24/7 brainwashing is really quite effective. Worked exceedingly well in the old Soviet union too. For many generations, those who "took" to the programming were methodically exploited, then thrown away like trash. Those with their wits about them who still possessed a degree of situational awareness and deductive reasoning.....got a horrific beat-down and were systematically destroyed and imprisoned.
Anyhoo......the end is near and this planet is doomed to devastating judgement. Only those who "know" their Savior get out before the tribulation begins.
