Some Christians have gone into a meltdown because they saw a rainbow flag on a picture of the set of "The Chosen". I've learned enough in my 72 years to seek for more information before reacting.

It appears that a contractor came on set with a rainbow flag. And that's all there is to it. It is illegal to discriminate on the basis of sexuality, so the producers could not refuse the contractor's services. Personally, I have no problem with it. The individual whoever or whatever he/she/it is, was witnessed to. That is always a good thing. A link to CBN's report follows.

You mean the flag that was left in the promo movie, I wonder why they decided to leave it in?

Oh and you missed this part from "the family" the family that loves only some and tells others to close the door on the way out, they have the real love of Jesus.

Also, the two ACTORS' were reacting to some hostile posts and they have since reposted. Jordan Ross said he loves the fans. He works with the person and was mad over some bullying comments to fire the crew member . This show will soon reach close to a billion watching/viewing and some who like me didn't even notice the flag and have gotten closer to the Lord and/or accepted Jesus. The series is expected to be the most watched faith-based series ever. It's amazing to see the comments fly by so fast from people all over the world who love the episodes. I also think a behind the shot of a pride flag is not worthy of ranting against a show that shows the water turning into wine, leper & lame healed, the woman with the issue of blood, Jesus walking on water and so forth. It's not a church it's a production set producing an amazing series.

That may apply to hiring practices but nothing else. And sometimes what is legal is evil and immoral and must be rejected (like abortion). However let's say someone came on a Christian set with a Nazi flag or a Communist flag. Would you say it is illegal to discriminate on the basis of evil ideologies? The rainbow flag represents an IDEOLOGY which is in fact a rejection of God's natural order. Christians and conservatives are being bullied and intimidated by the sexual perverts. In fact the whole world is being bullied by them and nobody is standing up to these bullies. All of a sudden the "rights" of sexual deviants are trumping the rights of normal and sane citizens. So it is high time someone drew a line on all this evil nonsense. Which is really to target little children and thoroughly corrupt them.

It is partially filmed in Texas and their employment laws are very different.
An employer can fire without cause.
As well Jenkins could have had in place guidelines and rules for the work place if he had wanted, like no political attire on the set etc.,

Some people on here have no idea what is going on in the real world, in schools, universities and colleges and every other institution.

I was told once by an insightful person that the baby boomers (liberals of the 60's) are the problem and looking at the people that approved and supported the OP I think it may be true.

Yet the younger generation like those in TPUSA seem to be the ones turning the tide back to conservatism and undoing the damage wrought by the previous generation.
I have hope still.

As this is a movie set, there should be zero tolerance for ANY group trying to promote a political viewpoint.... unless the movie is designed to be a political statement.

I think it is cool that Satan is the best cameraman and is working so hard at getting amazing shots people are finding Salvation in God over.

This is how I have always seen God make Satan do to repay back what he's stolen, make him bust his butt and the labor results in the Benefits of God and His People.

Makes me wonder if the movie is a cover for the political statement, reveal a bit and then do damage control, see the reaction and over time push the envelop a little further.

Isn't that how we have gotten where we are?

Knowing that I caught you directly in a LIE, in the Calvin Thread, just after I said, you have a Convenient perception of Wrong Doing, and immediately You get caught doing it.
But now, whenever I read from you claiming this: Makes me wonder, < that makes me wonder, how do these evil scheme ideas, just continually keep popping into your mind? Are ALL of Your Views based upon someone must be deceiving others? Or, just you are always thinking about Deception?
