So, are you saying that the only ones who have the unadulterated word, whole counsel of God, are those who have a working knowledge of the Greek language?
I would say that that settles in for a cult mentality; in which those who have a working knowledge of the Greek become the cult-leaders since they are the only ones who know what the Bible really says.

He definitely said that "remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Ghost" (salvation) would be the result of repentance and baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.
Is it your contention that "remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Ghost" isn't salvation?
Because if not, I don't see how you can believe that Acts 2:38-39 doesn't teach baptismal regeneration.
They aren't given as the result of receiving an ordinance... silly goose.

And since, in 715 posts, no one has been able to refute my contentions with scripture, how am I resisting the Holy Spirit in not changing my point of view?

Were they added because they repemnted and believed.. or were they added because they were baptized?
