I think he was talking about the US military guarding the girls track meets from Taliban kidnapping them, and in return the Afghanis would pay the Americans by giving them stock in Intel. These were good jobs for the military so it was all about who you knew or "who your relative was".

So the US troops guarded their opium fields in a trade off for information on Taliban

No, you said RPM, that means Revolutions Per Minute. I was unable to find any other definition for this acronym. That is how I realized by "field" you weren't referring to agriculture but track and field. Granted I had to infer girls track and field as the Taliban is famously against girls going to school and it was one of the few achievements of our military while were there was to help girls get an education.

Some of us prayed that the dispensers of the poison shot (Dr&nurses), and celebrities promoting the shots would be seen on live videos reacting to them. This would be something only God could do, so the innocent people of the world that trust them would be warned.

The UN UNICEF did this in the continent of Africa with vaccines that caused the women's babies to die (miscarry.)
The previous generation remembers that, which is why so many countries banned the latest series of shots.......and why UN/ Pharma hit men shot / poisoned their leaders.
