Is a good verse to use with cults?

Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.
While that is a great verse…. I am not so sure that would be effective against cults or those involved within.
People don’t respond well to being told… or pointing out that they are messed up… When you’re in it… you don’t know it… nor do you see it …and pointing it out most often will drive people in deeper….it takes understanding, love, and wisdom from God in order to reach the heart…
I had a number of people preach against what I was doing and many times it didn’t end well, as I would test people’s willingness to turn the other cheek….
None of the criticism that people slung at me ever phased me…. it took someone with the love of God in their heart and the wisdom of Gods words that came out of her mouth.... that is what cut through the tempered heart that I had developed …. Of coarse it didn’t hurt that she was really hot…

Sometimes I can't even get other Christians to believe this. (Zech 14) It seems like we have a lot of churches teaching a partial gospel.
I Just became tired of beating my head against a wall in another thread. I don't know what chance I stand with non-believers.
Witnessing is hard in today's world.

I used go through that ….but the relief valve that God gives us is very helpful.
1Co 3:6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
1Co 3:7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
It is not our responsibility to heap the pressure of persuasion on ourself ….. We plant the seed …sometimes we water …but everything else is God’s responsibility...
