The lord has been asking me to speak to A man who may shoot me. For a while now, but how do I know that this is truly from the lord. How do I know it's not the adversary looking to steel my life.
Call him, email him or write a letter.

thought of that. The chances are I would only infuriated him further, so much so he could harm a friend or friends that are close by.Call him, email him or write a letter.
Consider moving to a safer neighborhood. This is the plan from the lord or is it.
The lord has spoken to me and said fear not I have always loved you and always will.
One day I was at home with a friend when there was a knock at the door, I went to see who it was.
It was a drugged up drug pusher he burst in to the house, and shot my friend dead saying your all the same you catholics, think you know it all the he shot him.
I don't know what had fully happened but there was argument in the pub that night befor it happened, between them too.
He then came at me I defended myself and pushed him down the stairs accidentally, he's now in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
The lord has spoken to me and said I want you to go there and speak to both the son and the father holding a camera at them, and to say you are being recorded live to YouTube.
Then the lord has said I will reveal a prohesy to them that will come true within one week.
The lord will not tell what this is.
And that it will be spoken through my lips.
Let's look at like this. How are the gifts manifested? The bible is clear on this as well. The gifts were imparted by the laying on of the apostle's hands, no other way, and the apostle's are all dead.
Does the Bible teach that spiritual gifts came __exclusively__ through the laying on of hands of the apostles? Clearly not. And such an assertion contradicts some texts we have in scripture. For example, how did Saul/Paul receive the Spirit and spiritual gifts? It wasn't through the laying on of hands of the 12. A man named Ananias came to him that he might receive his sight and that he might be filled with the Holy Ghost. Ananias laid hands on him. Ananias was not one of the 12. And Paul said the 'pillars', when he went to Jerusalem 'added nothing to me.'
Cornelius also had an angelic visitation without having met Peter yet. And the Spirit fell when Peter was preaching and Gentiles present were baptized with the Holy Spirit and spoke with tongues. Given that Peter had just gotten over his qualms of going under a Gentile roof, it is unlikely that he was laying hands on them when he was preaching.
Timothy also received a spiritual gits through prophecy with the laying on of hands of the elders. He also had a gift in him through the laying on of Paul's hands. Given what he did for ministry, it is likely he had many gifts. But what we have in scripture is the doctrine we go by, and we see a gift can be imparted through prophecy.
I Corinthians 12 teaches that spiritual gifts are given as the Spirit wills. It does not teach that they are given as the apostles will or that the Spirit is limited to impart them through apostolic hands.
So while we can see in scripture that empowerment by the Spirit and spiritual gifts could come through the laying on of hands of the apostles, it is clear form scripture that they can be imparted without the laying on of hands of the Spirit. God is sovereign and He never limited Himself to working exclusively through the laying on of hands of the apostles.
It is also clear from the Old Testament that God was able and willing to empower certain individuals to work miracles before the 12 apostles came along.
The Bible does not teach that the Bible superceeds and does away with spiritual gifts.
What was said specifically and what exactly was revealed in the prophesies you referred to? What was so profound that the bible didn't ready reveal? Did the so called prophesies come to pass?
And as I mentioned previously, if people had miraculous gifts, why don't they heal every single sick person? The hospitals are full, yet no one is healing anyone!
When Jesus said to hear the unjust judge, that is when the voice switched and Jesus was talking. I believe He was talking about what the unjust judge had just said in the parable. And I know it was a parable because the text of Luke there calls it a parable before it quotes Jesus telling the parable.it's fine by me if you only see it that way, but the reality is prayer brings about prophecy, the last word spoken by the unjust judge was prophecy, which was you will see the son of man coming.
The Judge was certainly no Christian, nor was he out to please God, he could have just said God will bring Justice for all.
The only reason the Judge spoke that was because God had heard the widows persistent prayer to the un just judge.
And out of the lips of the unjust Judge came a prophecy.
Ok we can both agree that up to verse 7 it was the judge speaking. When Jesus said to hear the unjust judge, that is when the voice switched and Jesus was talking. I believe He was talking about what the unjust judge had just said in the parable. And I know it was a parable because the text of Luke there calls it a parable before it quotes Jesus telling the parable.
The other thought that occurred to me was, the unjust Judges had never talked like Jesus had, and from verse 1-7 the unjust Judge was talking exactly how Jesus would. When Jesus said to hear the unjust judge, that is when the voice switched and Jesus was talking. I believe He was talking about what the unjust judge had just said in the parable. And I know it was a parable because the text of Luke there calls it a parable before it quotes Jesus telling the parable.
That is an answer to fervent prayer by believers.... if you wish to call it a "miracle" I suppose you could, but it is NOT the types of miraculous healings that Jesus and the apostles did.so, you go to the doctor and get diagnosed + a sample is removed to test
test results positive
you go for a second opinion
same results
now you schedule for a full body ultrasound
a spot can be seen in the vision slides
few days later at Church Service the Pastor feels led by God to hold a time for Prayer Request/Prayer
you announce the positive results
the Church prays and you have the Faith to Believe
couple weeks later you resume schedule to remove the problem
this also is when doctors may take another look because they're expecting growth and they are fighting time
you get another body scan but more secluded to the area of issue
this time the Results are completely Negative, no mass, no nothing like it was never there
your doctor will suggest waiting a few days and doing another ultrasound
few days go by and you have another ultrasound
same results, Negative, no mass, no nothing like it was never there
but we KNOW it was there, because we have the biopsy that is 100% Positive to go back and re-exam
is this Miracle one that tens of thousands will know about?
nope
is this Miracle one that only a local Church, friends, and family will know about?
indeed
by size of who will know, isn't this merely a ""Secret Miracle,"" one of no value to yourself?
Does not matter.Last question when John revealed the prohesy via a vision that a new heavenly Jerusalem would come one day, was that after the day of Pentecost or befor.
I don't make appeals to scripture on this issue; unfortunately, scripture can be twisted. I base what I believe on the evidence. Those who preach signs and wonders always appeal to: "And greater things than this shall you do." Where are those who have been raised from the dead? Where are those who have had limbs regrown? Where are those who have received their sight or hearing simply from the touch of some healer's hand? The so-called miracle workers can't even replicate what Jesus did, much less do greater things. They point to gibber-jabber and say: Look a miraculous sign! I can gibber-jabber; anyone can.
The born again athiest who speaks a prophesy.
Just wondering do you have a collection of these picturesThis statement is to funny -------I think Satan has bewitched you -----

I don't think there is a way to prove it grammatically, but the passage says that the Lord said... then quotes the Lord, and Jesus doesn't say he is quoting the judge again. And it makes sense if He is referring back to what the judge said in the parable.Ok we can both agree that up to verse 7 it was the judge speaking.
But your saying verse 8 was not the Judge speaking but Jesus(it switched).
Question where is your evidence for this,?.
Next thought
Ok what about the persistent prayer from the widow for justice.
The unjust Judges heart was hardened, where did idea come from for him to change his mind.
The Jews are notorious for not backing down.

Obedience to His direction is required of us, are you prayed up and walking in His power? This is the plan from the lord or is it.

You are not reading the scripture correctly regarding Ananias and Paul. The Lord said that he may receive his sight in 9:12 not the Holy Spirit or Ghost. It was Ananias that made mention of the Holy Ghost NOT the Lord in verse 17. And after Ananias laid his hands on Paul the scripture says he received his SIGHT, not the Holy Ghost. He was then baptized. See below text. See Acts 9:12 and 9:17This is clearly false and unbiblical. I refuted this idea with reference to many accounts in scripture in a previous post, quoted below:. Why would scriptures that show apostles laying hands on people and their receiving the Spirit or spiritual gifts be 'proof' when there are examples of people receiving the Spirit or spiritual gifts apart from the laying on of hands of the apostles? That doesn't make sense. The laying on of hands is ___a___ means through which the Spirit works.
A lot of prophecies aren't predictive of the future. I haven't encountered all that many future prophecies that have come to pass already that I can think of off the top of my head, though I've witnessed many that made manifest the secrets of someone's heart like the scenario described in in I Corinthians 14.
You are making some assumptions about spiritual gifts that I do not believe aligns with scripture. If spiritual gifts were all at will, like superman's powers, then why did Paul have some kind of infirmity early in his ministry that caused him to go to the Galatians? If all gifts were at will, did Peter just go around walking on water all the time? Did Philip just teleport wherever he needed to go? One passage in Acts points out how God did unusual miracles through the hands of Paul in Ephesus. If they were like Superman's powers, why didn't he just do those miracles all the time? Could prophets prophesy any time they wanted? I wouldn't want those kinds of prophecies.

1And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, 2And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. 3And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. 6And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do. 7And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man. 8And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus. 9And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink. 10And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. 11And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth, 12And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight. 13Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: 14And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name. 15But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: 16For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake. 17And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. 18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized. 19And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus.
I think theories like this are examples of when people have their own ideas instead of believing the word of God. Are you saying this is valid, @Fundaamental?Just wondering do you have a collection of these pictures
But any way did you know there's a new born again atheist church rising,
This is there deliverance.
Lord I know you died for my sins and I know you can bless me with the holy spirit, I know you can forgive me sins and take me in as one of your flock.
But I also know I can walk away from you if don't want you in my life anymore.
So lord i would like to try your salvation out first befor I decide I want your salvation.
Seriously there is a new doctrine in place it tells new believers you can forfeit your salvation if you want to.
Hmm so the new atheist believer goes
Well this sounds good I think I'll buy a few months trial.
There's your born again athiests.
Does that sound funny to you now.
Jesus doesn't call us to do this. Fear is not of God, bless you brother.I think I'll go and bury my head in some water.
