Adam's sin was a picture of Jesus Christ as he gave his life over to be with his bride.
Adam's sin is a picture of how the actions of one man can ripple down through the ages of time and effect many. Adam did no one any favors, including Eve. As one man sinned, so shall One Man save.

Adam's sin was a picture of Jesus Christ as he gave his life over to be with his bride. Adam knew what he was doing. Adam wanted to be with Eve. He sinned to be with her for he knew the consequences.

Romans 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
Ok, let say that Adam took Eve's sin upon himself to be with her. Was to save her from death? or to seal her death?

1 Timothy 2:
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
And yet see why one verse never explains anything paul wrote this also

“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5:12, 14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

In one place it seems he’s bailing eve with all the fault in another place it appears he’s claiming Adam for the transgression

one verse theology is always way way off about the conclusions

Let's look at what out "hero" actually said;
Genesis 3:12
“And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.”

I really like how you go to His Word first, then glean from it as opposed to finding a scripture that fits an opinion or view held.:)(y):coffee:

What if all I wanted to find out is who is amenable to answering a thread question the way it is asked. You would then inadvertently made yourself a data point.

I will never abrogate my own subjective sense of "non data point-ness"... which I hereby rightfully claim as a philosophically foundational truth.

So her death would not leave him alone, or so she would not die alone, or some mix of
those two is how I have heard it explained
- :) -posth explains this sort of thing well- :D

He likens it to Christ sacrificing himself for His bride... Did you mention this already?-

I can't think of any place in scripture that suggests Adam had any ability to save Eve from anything, in any capacity.

Adam was just a man; he didn't have divinity like Christ; and therefore he had no ability to effect a divine act like saving someone from their sin.

Adam was just a man.

Adam didn't blame Eve, and Eve didn't blame the serpent. They were simply stating truth.
1 Timothy 2:
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

You're starting to repeat yourself. But that's fine.

I've already laid out the scriptures for other people to read because they're mainly for them and I trust God will help those people to understand them.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share scripture about Adam and Eve with other people! Have a great day!

Exactly Adam couldn't save anyone instead his transgression led mankind info sin and death Adams transgression which passed to all his offspring is why we need to be saved

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
Romans 5:12‭, ‬14‭, ‬19 KJV

The creation that began with Adam sinned and was led into death

Another creation is being created in Christ who obeyed and lived

Only pastors and commentaries mess it up when they try to read in more than what is plainly stated.

Genesis 3
11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. True statement, no blame
13 And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. True statement, no blame

So nobody did it? Sounds about like at my house.
