You have to say this Mantra very slowly.... And you have to do it in front of someone, example: friend, family member, anyone...

Repeat it slowly like 10 times
Then pick up the pace and say it fast in front of that person repeatedly till you add humour to the room.
It's magic. Works better in front of someone. But it can work even if you're on your own.
