The Holy Spirit pursues everyone so there is no special imparting of faith. To believe is to be persuaded.

'Abraham believed God', that simple.

Not everyone can take that step of humility but many do.

Hmm..? It would seem to me that if the Holy Spirit is perusing, God is at work in our lives.

I found a website that uses the common Greek translation of the Bible and cross references it with Strong's.

I think if we accept what Paul wrote about the inability of our natural mind being able to understand the things of God, because to the natural mind sees it as foolishness we have but to realize and as God tells us , only God's Holy Spirit could change this.

I think if we put all that together from God's words that inform us of our condition of natural mind, we may realize those of us who have faith in God and Jesus Christ do so because God did what only his Holy Spirit could do by and through his grace.
He bestowed faith and salvation.

Because when the natural mind cannot understand the things of God,which naturally includes coming to have faith in God, because to the natural mind that is foolishness to us? Why not? God tells us.

It is because the things of God, like the Gospel, God's good news, are spiritually discerned.

How then does that fact change?

God. As God tells us.

Below is English common Greek, known as Koin Greek, chapter.
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=ephesians+2&version=MOUNCE

We are saved by God's grace. When our natural minds are incapable of understanding the things of God , that Salvation must include giving us the capacity for faith in that which saved. Because,as God knows and says, our natural mind can I lay understand, accept the things of God, through intetcession of his Holy Spirit.

And we know this because Jesus said, the Spirit of Truth, the Holy Spirit, cannot be seen or received by the world. Those in their worldly, natural mind. John 14:17

Those are my thoughts anyway.

Then rip Romans 11 out of your Bible and throw it out.
Yes. And Rev 12.

Revelation 12:14
“And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.”

Is.
Jesus has made it possible for us to come by faith. It is by faith that we please God.

Hebrews 11:6
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

"Original Sin is the "Artificial construct".
What would you prefer to call it? It is true the source I quoted used that term. The Biblical fact is that Adam's
sin brought condemnation on all, and we are by nature deserving of wrath because of the choice Adam made.

In context,
For those who through the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ have received a faith as precious as ours:
Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

There is also the definition of faith which we still use to this day.......
A body of authoritative teaching. That which is believed, doctrine, the received articles of faith,

This is the context for "a faith" in this letter.
How did you come upon this knowledge of God? Did God reveal Himself to you?

Or did you figure it out on your own?

Belief comes first. That is abundantly clear.

We must believe in order to be born-again. Jesus teaches us how to be born again in John 3...

John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

Jesus is addressing how we can be "Born Again".
New Birth comes first Jn 3:3-8

Then rip Romans 11 out of your Bible and throw it out.
That says nothing about the jews being Gods chosen people. A remnant was, the election of grace, but not the nation itself. Rom 11

5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

Other than the remnant, there wasnt any chosen people in national israel

Hebrews 11:6

That verse doesnt say faith is of ourselves. Faith is of Grace !

New Birth comes first Jn 3:3-8
That tells us we must be born again, and then we are told how to be born again. We are not born again before we make a decision to come to him. The story begins with Nicodemus coming. Hopefully he made a commitment to follow, but if He did not, then he was not born again.

However, Job had TWO major personal Issues: "Leviathan" which is typical of his "Personal PRIDE Of life", and "Behemoth", typical of his tendency to trust in his own "personal strength".

Toward the end of the book, Job sees his issues, and REPENTS OF THEM, which is what the book is all about - the lengths that God will go to in order to bring us to repentance.
God brings us to repentance. Glad you agree :)

Rom 11

Blinded, for a time. God has made promises through Abraham, an unconditional covenant, that He will fulfill. The Jews are the chosen, Israel the apple of His eye.

Thats right, one must be born again before they can believe the Gospel. Jesus says unless a person is born again they cannot see the Kingdom of God Jn 3:3

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God

The word see here means:

to see with the mind, to perceive, know ! The natural unregenerate mind is blinded.

Does. We have a choice to make. God has set salvation before all men. He has provided the means, now we must step onto the bus.

No.
Faith is the acceptance of Grace on our part.

It sounds like you have been polluted by Calvinism.
Sorry Faith is of Grace, not of ourselves.

So you see, only a remnant were chosen, the election, the rest were blinded. The rest obviously were not of the election, duh

this is untrue. ever heard of the London Baptist Confession, for example? you only show your further ignorance of Reformed churches, and Reformed theology.
This is hilarious. The London Baptist Confession is just a carbon copy of the Westminster Confession. And "Reformed" and "Baptist" joined together is an oxymoron. Traditional Baptists and Ana-Baptists were at odds with the Reformers. Actually I am well acquainted with Reformed Theology and the Calvinists here hate being exposed from their own teachings.

There are no offers in that verse, they are imperatives. You know what imperatives are ? They aren't offers.
Another attempt to blatantly TWIST Scripture. Even a child would tell you that that is a gracious INVITATION from the Holy Spirit to anyone and everyone -- "whosoever" -- in Revelation 22:17.

When people are driven to twisting Scripture, it means that there is no hope for them.

To say there are offers there is twisting scripture.
