Actually, the KJV said the angels mixed with daughters of men, and their offspring were giants in the earth in the days of Noah and also after that. These angels were ones that left their own habitation and sinned against God.
2 Peter 2:
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

The Bible is full of opposites. If Mary could conceive that which is good without intercourse, perhaps a woman could conceive that which is wicked in a similar way. Daniel 2:43 - "And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay."
I believe the 'they' mentioned above are the Sons of God back at their old ways. What happened in the Days of Noe is going to happen again. Hybrid Humans.

Matthew 22:29-30 (also Mark 13:35) Jesus replied, “You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God. 30 At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.
Do you see the word "like"? It means a comparison, not an identification. People in the resurrection will not be angels; however, they will be like angels in that they will not marry. Jesus doesn't say that people will be "equal to the angels" at all. He also doesn't identify people as the "sons of God" in this passage.
So, instead of playing textual gymnastics and relying on your own erroneous interpretations, please provide an answer to my question: where in Scripture is it "clearly stated" (your words) that the sons of God are angels?
