I would say that it would depend on what the biblical and spiritual source was for such claim. Even then, regardless of the biblical or spiritual source, that would not necessarily make that person a heretic.
It all depends on who God deems a heretic, not man.

Are you saying the only "item of the faith" is a profession of Christ? Everything else is up for personal interpretation?
Nope. The items of the faith are listed in Ephesians

4 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

These are the items that make us one

Heresy is a school of thought. Every single believer is in a heresy. But Peter talks about "damnable heresies" these are schools of thought that deny that Jesus has come in the flesh, or that Jesus is the Son of God, or that Jesus death redeemed us, etc.

What if someone does all this but bends the knee to idols or denies the existence of Hell? According to your definition they're not heretics but brothers and sisters with whom we have a difference of opinion.

Bending the knee to idols is clearly not doing this as you are bending the knee to something other than one God, one father, one Lord and One Spirit.

Denying the existence of Hell is also clearly in violation of this as that is part of the one faith that was once for all delivered to us by the apostles.

A person is what God proclaims them to be.

Not necessarily what they, or their church or pastor, proclaim themselves to be.

This is a big Amen, unless at their time of death God deems them to be a "Heretic".

Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity; For the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping.

In mercy and truth Atonement is provided for iniquity; And by the fear of the Lord one departs from evil.

we have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments.

But He will say, ‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’

Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”

Of course, God Being Omniscient, Already Knew those who were His
Own, Before "time began":

2Ti 2:19 "Nevertheless The Foundation of God Standeth Sure,
Having This Seal, The LORD Knoweth them that Are HIS..."
+
Eph 1:4-6
"According as He Hath Chosen us In Him before the foundation of
the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him
in love: Having Predestinated us unto the adoption of children by
Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
To the Praise of the Glory of His Grace, wherein He Hath Made us
Accepted In The Beloved."

Grace, Peace, And JOY!

Um... what? A heretic is a person who believes in or promotes heresy. It's that simple. I'm not sure your category distinction would hold up under scrutiny.

Do you allow
That is called Apostacy and is punishable by eternal hellfire. Solomon is an example of this.

Do you have scriptures to uphold the statement you have made that Solomon was punished by eternal hellfire?
