No man, his name is Obama bin Laden.Next Question:. Was Sodom Hussain Obama a black man or a white man?
It's the diaspora in USA. Generally people living in MENA just self-identify as Arab, with their nationality or with their ethnicity (Jewish, Kurdish, Assyrian etc).People from there who are still living in that area, or people from there who are living in the US or Europe and are trying to explain to such cultures where they fit in our world of white, black, latino, asian, or native american ? ........... hmmm that reminds me of a song..... red and yellow, black and white they are precious in his sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world (even those who don't feel like they fit the above color categories).
This is not the topic. Read again the OP.Really treally, here is only one Human race. Skin color is a genetic trait just like eye color and hair color no more really!
As for Jesus appearance, some people who had visions and dreams describe him as white, ordinary look, nor beautiful nor ugly, a man you would not notice in a crowd. Brown hair a bit wavy, hair does not touch shoulders, Brown eyes....
Peace.

Are you of Middle Eastern or North African ancestry?I've listed myself as white all my life - no interest in changing it. I don't do the "lived experience" nonsense or desire the government to list me in a "protected" class. I'll live and die a white American, citizen of these United States as it should be.
I just got done listening to an old sermon about him after that post! Lol!No man, his name is Obama bin Laden.
How is this related to the thread's topic?I am familiar with the phrase "can of worms" and know what it means when people say it. But, what does "can of spinach" refer to?
Derails happen all the time. Just roll with it.How is this related to the thread's topic?

A preacher addressed some advice Obama Bin laden gave to wives at one time.
The preacher opened a can of spinach.
I think it means he went full on Popeye with the topic.I am familiar with the phrase "can of worms" and know what it means when people say it. But, what does "can of spinach" refer to?
The topic reminded me of an interview that a TV broadcaster did with the pastor. The news guy tried to make the preacher look like a racist for not supporting Obama's policies and for exposing him. The news guy tried to paint him as a racist. It was like, " You just don't like him because he's black!"How is this related to the thread's topic?
From that region def light skinned. Even though the topic is not about Jesus, I grew up with pics depicting a white Jesus. Didnt really think about it til about a few years ago when I watched a video debating his skin colour. What Im wondering is more why do some Americans call themselves black when its a colour? They used to say African American and now some have taken off the African part and just say American which does sound better but then Im not from there so Im just gonna identify you by your nameFolks, this topic is NOT about Jesus. It is about the peoples of the Middle East and North Africa.
Let's keep it simple, would you consider certain peoples from the region to be light skinned?

I see grey hair in style now.what if people want to identify themselves as grey lol
Then there would no-doubt be argument and confusion between them and the people who identified themselves as 'gray'...what if people want to identify themselves as grey lol
