...That is, there's nothing wrong with hospital and nursing home visits and ministering to the needs of the infirmed. What our local hospice requires are chaplains who back their policies which aren't always moral.
Then there's the married guys who hit on the married gals. Another common problem.

The chaplain rubbed me the wrong way within the first ten seconds and it only grew worse. Two statements stand out: “We’ll see about that” and “I’m sensing resistance”. Total elitism, and I don’t do well with elitists. This should be good.

Experience concerning the job description, good references, yes man with regards to policies.
I've been serving those who were victims of hospices and trying to lead them to Christ before the system said, "times up." I'm independent and would never have any affiliation with the bad ones.
