Adam and Eve were also brought forth in iniquity as seen through the knowledge of good and evil, they were sinful.

But they weren't brought forth with the knowledge of good and evil as all human babies are.

So accept the deliverance Jesus gives from the knowledge of good and evil in order to be redeemed.

God has the knowledge of good and evil & can fulfil it but humans cannot. Clothing cannot cover moral shame. Only the perfect merits of Christ can cover it.

Nehemiah 9:21 is a second witness.
it is those who wandered in the wilderness 40 years, who were the children in Deuteronomy 1, and they had clothes which never wore out.

Clothing is not required until one disobeys God's command in Genesis 2:17 & chooses the forbidden knowledge of good and evil.

That is why I was asking about your assertion that babies are born evil. Of course, later on, those born would commit a sin.

Babies are born evil only wrt to the knowledge of good and evil. As they don't have the forbidden knowledge of good and evil, their heart doesn't accuse them as evil.

Later on, those born would be reckoned to have committed sins only because they have chosen the forbidden knowledge of good and evil.
