Since everyone is born a sinner, there comes a time of self consciousness in a child and they also want to cover up.
Your short reply fell apart quickly. People, babies, are not born in sin. I don’t know why you seem obsessed with spreading this doctrine around this message board, but every other reply I happen to notice by you is promoting the idea that babies are evil.

Let us not forget that Jesus was a baby at one point, with a human body subject to the same exact weaknesses everyone else has. Now you have to backtrack and post a poor explanation of how you can hold two mutually contradictory views. Let’s just skip that part.

Nice and polite...mean and arrogant...good thing I don't pay too much attention to what people say about me.
I can be kind and I can be mean. I can be humble and I can be arrogant. I am a work in progress.
God is faithful. I hold to a commonwealth of Israel theology.
you seem to interact mostly in the right spirit in my observation and also have a lot of good THings to say .

and everyone of us is a work in progress even if we don’t know it. We’re all lumps of clay being molded by the masters hands , I’m not sure there’s a Christian alive today that’s a finished work .

I know I’m still being shaped and molded , having broken pieces cut away but we also are being created by the masters hands who doesn’t toss us away because of our flaws he just works them out instead and makes us better and more beautiful creations

and each of us should believe what we really believe

Almost immediately after the fall of man, God gave him clothes. Ever since then, man has worn clothes. Chances are, man was always going to eventually wear clothes, even without sin. When you read about people in heaven, they have clothes. Even Jesus had clothes until he was crucified- when they took his clothes to shame him. Covering nakedness is pretty fundamental. The people that go around naked saying "I'M NOT ASHAMED OF MY BODY" are putting themselves to shame, whether they feel the shame or not.

I don’t know why you seem obsessed with spreading this doctrine around this message board, but every other reply I happen to notice by you is promoting the idea that babies are evil.
So, are you saying that babies are perfect and spotless, like Jesus, then?

Why would you say "lets skip that part". Most people would say that the sin nature of mankind is inherited through the father only, and that's why Jesus didn't inherit the fallen nature of man, because his father wasn't a man.

You just need to understand how God views sin and Jesus explains it quickly and efficiently below.

John 9:41
41Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

Furthermore, Jesus said many times to become like a child while referencing the literal children who seemed to follow Him around. Do you believe Jesus was effectively saying “become like these sinners?”

If you think babies are sinners then you must also believe Jesus was a sinner born of Mary who can trace her lineage back to Adam.

That doesn't matter if it's inherited patrillinially. For example, the Y-chromosome is only inherited through the father, and mitochondrial DNA is only inherited through the mother. It's not about being a descendant- it's about patrilinnial inheritance. For example if Joseph was Jesus' real dad, Jesus could not be king or messiah, because Joseph's line was part of Jaconiah's line which was cursed from being king.
41Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.
Right, the pharisees would not admit that they were blind (sinners) and needed to be healed.
Do you believe Jesus was effectively saying “become like these sinners?”
He was saying they needed to become like children with respect to their faith. Children like to learn new things, but the pharisees thought they knew it all already. He wasn't saying the children were sinless.

There was no "public" in the garden of Eden; it was just Adam and Eve...who were married.
Nothing wrong with them being naked.
If they had not disobediently chosen the the forbidden knowledge of good and evil, the entire human race would have been naked? You diddidn't realise that?

Adam and Eve were created in bodies without sin. I have been on this earth for 50 plus years and wear clothes cause no one should have to see the deterioration of sinful flesh over that age, then be expected to go and try and eat......LOL
So are you delivered from the forbidden knowledge of good and evil which made them feel guilty about staying unclothed in God's most holy presence?

Amen on a practical Level also

the knowledge of good and evil created lust in thier minds where knowledge resides . We wear clothes because it causes us to lust now to look upon nakedness and becomes a temptation.

man wasn’t meant to know good and evil in our mind because it caused this snare and condition in mankind

“For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. …But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭7:19-21, 23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

we werent supposed to Know evil at all or have that conflict within us of good and evil that’s why the the lord forbid it , the devil encouraged it and we partook

now we need to learn discernment between the two from the gospel and follow the good they were free and fell
Into a trap , we are born in a trap and need to be free
They were spirits clothed in flesh? Are spirits made from soil?

Are you justified before God by fulfilling the moral law?

Well, if you decide to go out naked, let me know when and where so I can avoid such foolishness.
If staying unclothed is foolishness, did God create Adam and Eve in foolishness?

Asking if the Holy Spirit tells us to be clothed in public has got to be one of the dumbest questions I've ever heard.
Do you expect anyone to take you serious? What is your damage?
Brain.

The knowledge of good and evil is a part of humanity now, whether we are delivered from it's consequences or not. Also, they covered themselves before they heard the Lord. The scripture says nothing about them feeling guilty... in fact, both Adam and Eve shifted responsibility.

If nothing else, it is the civil law in most places. We are required to obey the law of the land. The Bible says that. The Law of the Spirit of life never contradicts God's word. I'm not responding to this subject any more. If you are waiting for someone to tell you it's OK, well you won't hear it from me.
So the law of Spirit of life is no different from the law of the land & the law of Moses!

So you sneak in the law of Moses in a different name? And you are justified by works & not by faith?

The whole Bible is about the covering God would provide, established before the foundation of the world, that we may be reconciled to Him by grace through faith in the shed righteous blood of Jesus Christ, Who willingly gave His life that we may attain to life ever after, escaping the second death promised to those who lack this covering. Jesus fulfilled hundreds of prophesies concerning Him throughout His life and ministry, and even in His death. On the other hand, you have given no verse to show that Adam and Eve's lack of clothing was viewed as evil by either God or them. You said it a number of times and then denied it. You are hung up on proving some point that simply doesn't exist beyond the fantasy you have created in your mind.
So the forbidden knowledge of good and evil didn't accuse their staying as evil as per genesis 3:11? Why are you distorting my position incessantly? I'll never let you dodge!!

If you are justified before God by faith in Christ, why do you need the forbidden knowledge of good and evil? Why are evading this question?

If the Holy Spirit tells us to be clothed in public, God would have created Adam and Eve with clothing. Right?

I responded to this question already. You lie.
