May I ask what you mean by being an observer? And so to preempt your answer - may I also ask for what purpose of God?
So just to keep things in the OP - I am not vaccinated - won't be vaccinated and not even registered with a doctor. I have no political affiliation - have never voted and don't involve myself in secular politics. I also hold that the condition of the nations are firmly in the accountability of believers - not their authority but their shame. Also, we should leave the prophetic office to address nations and they should be judged unto death if they mislead and falsely prophecy saying thus says the Lord - when the Lord has not spoken. Lastly I agree that the Lord is moving decisively and swiftly and we are already beyond a simple recovery. Thus a new church will have to become visible and the old flesh of a corrupt, greedy, self centred and impoverished church will need to repent utterly to be brought back in the fold.
There is no particular point in my keeping silent and choosing to be an observer, other than the fact that this is how I have chosen to behave. I have followed different forums over the last 2 years and I have gleaned much information about a great many topics. Since I have chosen to remain silent, I have been able to learn and acquire information at my own speed and in my own time without pressure from anyone. That is the simple explanation.

My views are not popular, and lend more to what you have spoken over what most modern day Christians are stating and have been stating and teaching for decades now.
My position is that Christianity has been prostituted by a great many charlatans and imposters... over the decades. It has been a slow fade ( for lack of a better word ).
I used the example of Trump and the decision to prophesy that he was the Cyrus of our century.

Below I have listed a declaration she has publicly made about herself. All of this is a lie and a very narcissistic declaration of her self-appointed importance. If you attempt to browse her on-line ministry site, what you find is nothing more than the witchcraft practices taught by the Word of Faith/Prosperity "deceivers".
There are two major things God revealed to me early on: 1. He showed me that everywhere I preached the Gospel, people under the sound of my voice would be saved and delivered, and those that didn’t would be in darkness. 2. A prophetic word was delivered to me years ago, “everything around you will crumble and fall… but you will arise stronger than before.”
My point in including this small example, is to say that if something is GUIDED by a LIE and a MIS-REPRESENTATION of TRUTH, What then is it? In my opinion, it is a LIE, no matter how you decorate it.
I believe that what is occurring within the world at this time is a violent shaking, and stripping.
God is turning the tables upside down and exposing what His church is NOT.
The world has gotten very LOUD in the last decade, as well as very selfish and self-serving.
I believe God is finally having HIS say, and beginning to set things straight and right.
