We can disagree...have a differing of opinion on a matter, without being rude to each other. Agree to disagree without contentious or insulting. I'm starting to think I'm wasting my time. I've found that when one starts off with a contentious attitude before they display a willingness to try to understand the one they are disagreeing with, it's a waste of time trying to make any progress. I usually find this attitude displayed on the far-left. But not always.

"You may disagree with me but I'll defend your right to disagree with me." This is how I want others to treat me.

One species turning into another is macro evolution. A dog developing a long coat in a cold weather climate and a short coat in a warm weather climate as some do is micro evolution.
Totally wrong according to this:

Eye color is a pittance of relativity. In any event it is an adaptation design....by God. Who says He could not have designed such features and others we have yet to experience?
I googled "pittance of relativity" and found nothing. Can you explain please?

I'll believe anything other than what this world tells me.

You have no idea why I believe what I believe...however, I am convince that you believe what you believe for one reason...you have been deceived!
The OP's post about eye colour is wrong too. Eye colour is determined by HERC2 OCA2 combinations. The idea he presented wasn't sound even strictly speaking from the science.

Atheism anyone? Can't you be a little bit more subtle and sly?

A simple thought experiment for those who believe the Earth is of the order of 5,000 years old and who do not believe in evolution:

If the story of Adam and Eve is literally true, then when only Adam and Eve existed there could have been a maximum of 4 different human eye colours.
This would be the case if the 4 human eyes (Adam had two, Eve had two) were all different colours.
However, there are now more than 25 human eye colours.

Many people who do not believe in evolution hold this position because they reason that a living thing could not possibly have some feature that its ancestors did not have - e.g. how could a sea creature evolve into a bird over millions of years...
If you take this position, how do you explain the development of human eye colours, as described above?
There are but 3 eye colours - blue, brown and red. What are the other 22 colours you envisage?

God created the heavens and the earth by speaking them into existence 13.7 billion years ago, he spoke all created animals into existence, but with man He rested Hs creation 6000 some odd years ago by placing His Spirit into mankind, you can take any animal before that point and they were no animals who had God's Spirit in them, thus Human Beings were created at that time, the clay God placed his Spirit in was not a Human Being until God placed His Spirit in Adam.

THINK? Gods Spirit has ZERO CHANCE of evolving into men............. That just can't happen.

Nothing comes from nothing, everything crated has to have been crated.

Does that mean you don't have to refute what he says?

Yes. Aron-Ra was a minor foot soldier during the new atheist movement. It was the illogical leading the vapid. He is in the vapid category. I have heard from the classy illogical guys already.

It is not ad hominem, it is simply ignored as I refute nothing.
When someone says he is upstanding citizen and when you see him it is always him entering or leaving a strip club, bypassing him for good citizenry lessons is a good logical decision.
I'll leave you the last comment. ;-)

The question is not about whether he is a good person though, it's about if what he says about evolution is correct or not.
You are right when you say you've refuted nothing but it is most certainly an ad hominem argument and I don't see how you can say otherwise.

So about the last word.
You misunderstand. I was talking about your source of information, not Aron-Ra's.
This is definitely the last word to you.

I still don't understand. I don't doubt that is because I am really stupid but there isn't much I can do about that.

Evolution is a very important component in creation.
I agree. It appears as though evolution is God's method of creating living things. Credit should go to scientists for discovering this not least because it means that the true message of the bible gets clearer. Christians who refuse to accept evolution and claim that people who do accept it cannot be true belivers are harming people's faith.

God didn't use evolution, in the same way that men can't become women. Those who say otherwise risk contributing to the significant damage done to those who believe them.
