This is what I think you believe.
Baptism only in the name of Jesus saves us.
Speaking in tongues saves us or is evidence we are saved, same thing.
You don't believe in the trinity.

Jesus said to baptize in the name... What is the name? The name is Jesus. He was referring to using his name.
The apostles obeyed what Jesus said. Peter gave the initial instruction in Acts 2:38-41. See all four of the detailed records showing other apostles did the same; Acts 8:12-18, 10:44-48, 19:1-6, 22:16.

THis had nothing to with the gift of Speaking in Tongues. Born again in context to John chapter 3 has nothing to do with speaking in tongues. Jesus was not teaching tongues he was speaking of being Born again
The Holy Ghost is the actual gift that is evidenced by speaking in tongues.
Once a person receives the gift of the Holy Ghost they will operate in different Spiritual gifts for the edification of other members of the body.
Tongues is but one of many gifts. Not everyone gets that gift...
Some act as if, you don't speak in tongues, you are not saved.
First off paul said in 1cor chapter 12- 14 that tongues were a gift of the Holy Spirt that not all would speak, and it was a sign to the unbeliever. Jesus is God he did not have to speak in tongues He is all-knowing

I have experienced both and they are definitely different experiences.

He did not say "In the name of the Father and in Jesus.
Yet also you don't mention tend Holy Spirit.

Is Jesus saying one needs to hear the Kingdom of God or enter into it? Hearing the wind is known because you see the effects of the wind. The Holy Spirit is not a wind He is a Person, who we know is near nor because we hear HIM but because we see HIS working. Just like the wind. john 3:8
" hearest" means to perceive. That is what Jesus said to Nicodemas
Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things?" Had nothing to do with Hearing audibly.
That is taken the text out of context and creating a pretext.

if by your understand then, one would have to speak in tongues to have the Holy Spirit or to be saved right?
I have experienced neither.
Now to be totally honest here I have only prayed in tongues a few times.
That has been when on my own in my room and was struggling to pray for something.
I couldn't find words to express my thoughts.
So I prayed in tongues but it was not forced but just happened but weirdly I was not aware I was doing it.

I was once told because I did not speak in tongues then I was not saved.
I was the asked would I like to?
I said no because I couldn't.
I was the told to use a prescribed formula or words to train my brain to get used to speaking in real tongues.

Yes I was.
It's not something I would make up.
Mate I carried that for at least 20 years.
I spent those years begging to pray in tongues.
And for every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every month, every, year I was petrified if I died I was going to hell.
Even as I am typing this I'm holding back the years.
I will always fight against this heresy.
