That depends on what it is that God wants. In 2 Peter 3:9, we can see that it is God's will that none should perish but that all come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:9
9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Notice that God doesn't want anyone to perish, but implies that they will if they don't repent. So does everyone repent like God wills them to? The answer is no. Not everyone will come to faith in Jesus Christ.

John 3:16
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Not everyone will repent (come to believe in God's only Son) and therefore not receive eternal life. Those who do not believe in God's only Son will perish or be utterly destroyed according to John 3:16. This is annihilation. The New Testament defines the word 'perish' in the Greek lexicon as G622 apollumi - to destroy, destroy utterly.

Have you never read the Bible where He said those who don't fear Him are FOOLS? I highly recommend that you read the Bible.
Fascinating how you think to try to insult me and then hope to compel me to read the Bible so that I think and act the way you do.

In post #883 you said,

"The terms "eternal", "everlasting" and "forever and ever" are in the NT concerning torment in fire."

But you're saying there aren't any verses that say all non-believers are tormented forever in fire. I agree with you. So who is tormented forever in fire?
I made it perfectly clear. There are no "non believers in Christ". NONE!

Many who are "tormented day and night forever and ever" will wish you were right.
God's will will be done regardless. What's with the attitude that non-believers will get what they want to be sentenced to death forever after? Just a rhetorical question, really, and not aimed specifically at you. But people fling that attitude around as if it has some weight.

You're adorable.
Did you look up the "fear of God in the Bible?

Proverbs 1:7 (NKJV)
7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

So do you fear the LORD or are you a fool?

He's already told us His will. "The will be tormented day and night FOREVER and EVER."

Are you serious? The lost are already DEAD but soon comes "the second death". But they will still wish they don't exist in Hell fire.

People that promote eternal torment do not believe in the second death. They believe the unsaved receive eternal life. That is unbiblical.

You're TOTALLY twisting the Bible. Death does not mean "cease to exist". Jesus died for 3 days and was still alive.

Proverbs 1:7 (NKJV)

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, but not the end of it :)

Do you not believe that perfect love casts out fear?

The first death is only death of physical body. The second death is death of body, soul and spirit. If one is saved, then body, soul and spirit are preserved but the unsaved will not have theirs preserved because they will be dead and burned up which destroys them completely.

fate of the unsaved:

Mat_10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

fate of the saved:

1Th_5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The bible promotes Annihilationism.

The verse you are quoting out of context only says devil is "tormented day and night forever and ever" not anyone else.
Have you never read the Bible? Give it a try!

Revelation 20:10 (NKJV)
10 The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Matthew 25:41 (NKJV)
41 Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
