Miss Ruby did show us a nice plate, just pulling your leg miss Ruby.
Too much protein at one time isn't used and is a waste.

Just make sure you are not deceived. Not all meats are created equal. I have seen offal dishes that look delicious, until the first taste when one realises it is offal (and aweful!)

our body kind of tells us waht we need. I have heard accounts of American servicemen pow's in ww2 say what they were deficient in was on their mind constantly, if it was protein they were preoccupied with thoughts of steaks and such.
I recall the story of a lady who went to the north pole, at the coldest, most rigorous part of the trip the thing that tasted best to her as a quarter stick of butter dipped in sugar, pure energy, you wouldn't see that go over well at a 4th of July Picnic here in the U.S.

They had it on a Current Affair, that the meat was mostly wild camels and beef off cuts that are usually thrown or maybe used for pet food :sick::sick:

Anything goes in meat pies. They could contain cigarette buttso_O:cautious:
I think we may be in trouble changing the direction of this thread :eek::eek:
Oh gross! :) I think - I hope - I'd taste a cigarette butt in a pie - I mean, if one was there. But I will cease from further deviating the thread - sorry O/P! :)

Uh.... Back to topic. The bible clearly says some meats are okay. But others were considered unclean. But when God sent the blanket down to Peter in the vision, He declared all meats clean.
