The Fruit of the Spirit: Galatians 5:22-26
Paul’s point in these verses is to emphasize the attributes that should be evident in a Christian if the Holy Spirit dwells within someone’s heart, as opposed to those attributes that are evident in an person who is not born from above.
Fruit is produced by the Lord Jesus using the Spirit of God in our lives. He wants to live His life through us. That is the reason I keep saying that you are not asked to live the Christian life. You are asked to let Him live through you. It is not by our own efforts but by The Holy Spirit who leads us to do the will of God
there is no mention of Sabbath keeping in the Fruits of the Sprit.
Sabbath keeping is not required for modern Christians.
Oooh thank you! Your words are encouraging and I appreciate your insight. We are definitely not of this world and are going to be taken very soon jsut look at how the earth is in travail! Maranatha! Will watch first thing in the morning, looking forward to it. I have some favorite teachers too maybe I'll pm you after watching yours. Thanks and God Bless you!" When we are born again we hate what God hates and want to be separated from the immoral or heathen or even the world "
After being born again the next step is the renewing of the mind and you have done so, you view the world as God views it and are open and desiring more growth in His ways. Not all do so, many stay as carnal Christians, believing this world is their home. it is not.
Churches seem to be focused on the lowest common denominator, as one contributor mentioned from His walk.
This ministry is the one that I have grown the greatest from and I offer this to you to enjoy and grow in, please pm me if you would like.
It is from the Bible.
So glad you are here, please stay.
here is the Lord's truth-
salvation is by nothing else , nothing else except faith and trust in Christ;
not Law keeping. not Sabbath keeping,
repent- greek word metanoia.
metanoia definition- regret over past actions and having a change of mind about life .
not " keep the Law to live a Christian life"
the New testament tells the Christian how to live out repentence.
the Old testament tells one how to be jewish.
the Apostles were all jewish men, born under the Law.
gentiles were and are not under the Law.
Yes, the law of Christ, Not the law of moses. Which was given to lead us to christ. Not to show us how to be righteous peopleChristians are under the law of Christ, and have His laws and commandments written on our heart and mind.
AmenAs regenerate Children with a new nature our hearts have been turned toward wanting to keep them, but if we ever think we are keeping His Commandments as we ought (or as they ought to be kept), we are only fooling ourselves. We are always in need of His grace.
My point was if we think we are pulling off keeping the commandments as they ought to be kept we are deluding ourselves. Christ’s purity at pleasing the Father was light years above ours. He sets the standard at loving the Lord our God with all our heart, soul and strength which implies all the time…and remember if we fail at one point of the law it is as if we have broken all. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ, but that doesn't mean that we aren't supposed to try and if we stumble repent and take up your cross and start over every day. we walk in the spirit which is full of grace but that grace does not give us a liscense to sin, since nobody could be as perfect as Jesus. If you are still living in sin I don't believe you are born again that is not Christ living His life in you.
you can't keep what you already broke. only Judgement is left. If one is under the Blood of Jesus the Holy Spirit doesn't make you keep the law. The Holy Spirit is the helper, not the controller. He helps us to become more like Christ, which means you will not do ungodly things because the Holy Spirit will convict you, yet you have the freedom to disobey. The Flesh will always try to do what God said do not do. We are in a daily battle and one is never free from temptation. You have the power to not be a willful participate in the suggestion. You can submit to God resist the devil and he will flee from you. You can renew your flesh mind by the word of God. You can draw near to God and He will draw near to you.do not believe that we are utterly unable to keep the 10 commandments
The Apostle Jude was inspired to warn us of this very deception. "Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ" (Jude 3–4).
Notice that Jude warns of false teachers using the idea of "grace" as a vehicle for "licentiousness\—license to disobey the very laws of God!
Let us understand that no one can ever earn salvation—it is God's gift! The true grace of God leads to the gift of salvation (Ephesians 2:8–10; Romans 6:23). Those willing to obey God (Acts 5:29, 32) and who are under true grace will be God's "workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works" (Ephesians 2:10). God's grace does not eliminate the need for obedience and keeping God's commandments. The Apostle Paul warned that one could "receive the grace of God in vain" (2 Corinthians 6:1). And while the Apostle Peter exhorted Christians to "rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ" (1 Peter 1:13), he continues with the expectation that we do so "as obedient children" (v. 14; cf. v. 2).
The 10 Commandments List in Exodus 20:2-17
1.“I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before Me.
2.“You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
3.“You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
4.“Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
5.“Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the LORD your God is giving you.
6.“You shall not murder.
7.“You shall not commit adultery.
8.“You shall not steal.
9.“You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
10.“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”
Matthew 22:36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
John 14:21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”
22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, “Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?”
23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. 24 He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.
Jesus said: John. 14. [15] If ye love me, keep my commandments. [21] He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.Yes, the law of Christ, Not the law of moses. Which was given to lead us to christ. Not to show us how to be righteous people

Many Christians today fail on all of these.
They don't pray
They don't study God's word.
They don't separate themselves from the world. Then wonder why they keep sinning.
