I never thought at any point that I'd question The Bible. But because of the recent event's in my life I'm upset and I'm trying to understand something.

I have recently started burning out, from being afraid of going to hell. I, literally spent the last 8 hour's asking God for forgiveness, passing in and out of sleep.

I've read:

2 Timothy 3
New International Version

3 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.(A) 2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money,(B) boastful, proud,(C) abusive,(D) disobedient to their parents,(E) ungrateful, unholy, 3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4 treacherous,(F) rash, conceited,(G) lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5 having a form of godliness(H) but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.(I)
6 They are the kind who worm their way(J) into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 7 always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.(K) 8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses,(L) so also these teachers oppose(M) the truth. They are men of depraved minds,(N) who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. 9 But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men,(O) their folly will be clear to everyone.

now my question, is , Jesus said God will basically forgive all thing's except blasphemy of The Holy Spirit, and here Paul is saying that God won't forgive people in the last days who are
lovers of themselves, lovers of money,(B) boastful, proud,(C) abusive,(D) disobedient to their parents,(E) ungrateful, unholy, 3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4 treacherous,(F) rash, conceited,(G) lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5 having a form of godliness(H) but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.(I)
Paul say's concerning the Faith, they are rejected, and can not repent.

This is a literal contradiction, with almost the entirety of scripture.

Paul also said thing's that were extremely confusing, such as anyone who sin's is of the devil, and those who are of God don't sin, and then said that he wish's he was'nt sinning, basically, in another verse, and can't bring himself to do what God command's, by stating, I do the Thing's I don't want to do, while then stating, that anyone who attempt's to receive salvation under the law is cursed, and not to live by the law but by grace.

Can someone explain this?

I'm also asking because:

How does a preacher who Preach's about The Grace of God, state that God reject's people for certain sin's?

Also, my question's are based on The Scripture.

If satan is a professional deceiver, and he has blinded the mind's of unbeliever's, then they are deceived and unaware of what they are doing, and based on Paul's verse, are rejected by God. I don't see how that is fair or resonable, in context of The Biblical Doctrine, in that Christ came to set the captive's free, or those who have had their mind's blinded by the devil.

There are so many thing's I'm reading lately that are literally driving me nutt's.

I don't understand how someone who's a professional at getting people to wind up in hell, satan, is allowed to roam the earth and blind the mind's of people, and God is going to reject them for being supernaturally , basically hypnotized by the devil, while not doing anything to draw them to Him.

I don't understand anymore.

I'm also getting frustrated because:

1. I was abused my whole life, had no time to heal, and have been dealing with real demon's attacking me and trying to make me believe their doctrine's. I'm still angry about a lot of thing's that happened.

I'm in no way perfect, and I'm currently trying to survive my life.

I don't understand how I go from abused, to being angry, not having any time to emotionally recover, feel nothing but hatred for being abused 3 sperate way's, and then reading that if I for once in my Life have a job where I'm making money, feel overly convicted that because I hate my abuser, and want to live my life making money to buy a home God reject's me.

plus, the devil has been pounding my life. satanic spirit's have sought me out my whole life and that has to do with apparently someone who practiced witchraft who was apparently associated with me.

I'm really upset, because, I have had no time to heal. Had to go through a deliverance where the pastor explained nothing afterward's, was literally visited by the devil after my deliverance, have been battling witches ever since, and have had demon's coming after me non-stop. What is God doing about any of this?

I feel like the devil has taken over my life! And I'm mad because how does God expect me to go from abused, to having the devil seek me out at 1,000,000 Mile's per hour, while having witch's attack the living crap out of me, while Spreading what I assumed in the gospel, and all this other stuff. I'm literally about to go bonker's. I use to smoke while I was in the military and have been smoking like crazy because of all of this, and feel completely horrible.

I also have no wife, and on top of the stress when I keep on having sexual dream's have no Idea how God is helping in any of this!? What is my life?

Also when I went to church, everyone hated me because I said it was unacceptable to do etc, etc. This is literally driving me batty and I emotionally can't bring myself to a point much less physically to cope with what's been going on. There are so many Bible verse's which don't make any sense to me anymore.

For instance, satan deceived Eve, saying that she shall be like God. attempting to keep the law is trying to be like God, and Jesus day's we are to keep his commandment'S which is the law.

Love God with all your heart and love people, when The Bible Say'S all have fallen short. The Bible also day's anyone who trie's to follow the Law fall's under a curse. So how on Earth can you do what the Bible Say'S!?

Hello and welcome to CC...
You are asking several things, and it is difficult to provide adequate responses to several things at once. So, I'm going to address just the first issue you raised, regarding 2 Timothy 3.

Nowhere in the passage does it say that God will not forgive those sins.

Nowhere in the passage does it says that such people cannot repent.

What it is saying is that, in the last days, such sins will be common; the implication is that they will be more common (than they were when Paul wrote the letter).

If you mentally insert words that aren't there, you cannot help but be confused. Read the text carefully, and make sure you aren't "reading into" the words on the page.

If you have accepted Jesus' sacrifice for your sins, and believe in His death and resurrection, you are one of His, and can put your worry aside. Ask Him to give you right understanding of His word, and don't get hung up when something doesn't make sense right away. It will, eventually. May the Lord give you the peace you need.

On top of all of this, everything at my job is going wrong, the truck I'm driving continuous has maintenance issue's, I keep on getting Scheduele'S when I don't have any time to make deloverie's, someone said they had a fun while I visited an atm like he was on drug's, some guy on the road was following me and threw something at my truck, and all this other stuff. Am I allowed to live or am I cursed and hated by God!? I can't emotionally bring myself to Love. And ontop of that I had a spiritual expierience where God took everyone out of the world and I was left behind and went to hell. What am I to do?

It Says, : " They are men of depraved minds,(N) who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. "

That doesn't mean they are rejected?

Context is important: the passage mentions "Jannes and Jambres" who opposed Moses. These would be the Egyptian magicians, men who were not Jews and therefore were rejected. In Paul's letter to Timothy, the people who commit all the sins mentioned are not Christians, but heinous sinners... rejected because they have embraced sin instead of surrendering to Jesus. Nothing in the passage suggests either that they were ever Christians or that they are unable to repent.

My day has come to an end, so please don't interpret my lack of further immediate response as anything other than... I've gone to bed.

Well I have a question about myself.

I was abused my people who were suppose to raise me. seriously abused and neglected.

I can't imagine a four year old being cursed to the high Heaven's and having to be thrown out on the street's multiple time's, locked out of the place, and all sort's of other thing's like being strangled by what was suppose to be a sibling in bed, at twelve can Love people.

I also grew up seeking validation, and met people who would call me ugly, and was alway's someone who tried to get someone to love me.

Based on the verse, I'm a heinous sinner, as I sometime's have destructive ohantasie's about the person who abused me. I tried to forgive that person three time's and wound up almost being incarcerated the second time, and went homeless the third time because of that person.

After that I got a job where the devil attack's me everyday. I'm starting to question how God expect's me to love people with a life filled with abuse. I have given people thousand's of dollar's, alway's tried to help and now I'm just pissed off at everyone and everything. I can't even emotionally bring myself beyond hate. people constantly ask me for money and then, act like I don't exist. I can't imagine under such intense pressure with 0 friend's and zero support I can possibly love anyone.

I just don't understand how God expect's me to love anyone when all the day's of my life have been fight or flight. I think my adrenaline system has just failed recently, because I literally feel basically nothing. I also have been having panic attack's lately, and on top of spirit's bothering me all I do is wake up, deal with people trying to kill me, then fall asleep and have demon's visit me.

What is this?

There is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. Yes, your faith by grace in His shed righteous blood for the covering of your sins means you will not suffer the second death. Worrying about going to hell, hmmm, well, I am not sure if non-believers seriously concern themselves with such things, though if they do? Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, so it would probably be a good thing for them to consider in light of the fact that God has all power and desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Have you seen a doctor recently?

You are not understanding Paul. It isn't that God don't forgive those things, it's that those things are characters of people who aren't repentant. In fact that passage in 2 Timothy is about people who use the gospel to abuse people; false teachers, and predators, not repentant people struggling with their flesh.
You don't have to spend hours asking God to forgive you. You have confessed now put you faith, which is trust in the atoning work of Jesus. His life, death, burial, and resurrection, and ascension.
I don't know what church you are going to but they have it all twisted. You need sound doctrine. You need a good sound teacher to bring it all together for you in full context.
Satan and demons and witches are not after you. You are struggling with your own flesh. Read Romans chapter 7.
I'm sorry that you were abused. Healing is in the scriptures. It starts with forgiveness.

I just feel bad because now I'm seeking out pleasure. It's all I can think about. And I'm trying to resist something that I feel is overwhelming me.

You are confusing the call of holiness vs our fallen nature. We are still of the flesh but equally called to practice holiness. So what you are seeing is the difference between the love of sin vs the hate of sin. A true child of God will practice holiness and repentance when they fall short. A child of Satan will sin with no remorse.

A child of God is protected from such evil. The Holy Spirit cannot share your body. No witch, demon, or Satan has power over you. They only have power with the footholds you give them.

The fact that you are seeking Him is pretty good evidence that God hasn't rejected you. I think the bigger danger is that we reject God (as opposed to him rejecting us.)

Paul is talking about those in the world. He is not talking about genuinely converted Christians. When a person believes that Jesus took his or her sin on Himself as He suffered on the cross, and rose from the dead to show that believers will inherit eternal life, they are saved according to the true gospel of Christ. The sin question is totally settled, and all the person's sin, past, present, and future is laid upon Christ, and He has given the person His pure righteousness as a free, unearned gift.

Trying to add moral uprightness is adding to God's free gift, and is an insult to God. If you are trying to earn God's acceptance by trying to be sin-free, you are rejecting God's free gift by trying to pay for it yourself through improving your own righteousness. It is not that you are sinning that will cause you to lose your salvation, because Jesus has come to seek and saved sinners. He has not called the righteous but the unrighteous.

But if you are depending on improving your level of holiness in order to stay saved, you could lose your salvation by trying to make yourself acceptable to God by trying to be righteous all by yourself. It doesn't matter how successful you are in overcoming sin in your life, your righteousness is still filthy rags in God's sight.

If your salvation is based on your good deeds, your salvation is no salvation at all. There will be multitudes in hell who depended on their good deeds and efforts to be as sinless as possible. Those who will enter heaven are those who are depending on the free gift of God that He has bestowed on those who have embraced Christ and received His righteousness as a unearned, unmerited gift through God's grace.

The Scripture says that we are saved by God's grace through faith and not of ourselves, but is the gift of God; not of works lest any should boast. But if grace is based on works, it is no more grace, and no person is justified before God through good works. So you be as religious as you can, but that will cause you to be lost eternity if you are depending on it.

A free gift is no longer free if you have to work for it by trying to be sinless, and only those who have accepted God's free gift of salvation without having to work for, are the ones who will be saved and inherit eternal life.

I want to assure you, you are not going to hell.

No one who believes Jesus Christ is destined for hell. You don't have to understand everything to be assured of salvation.
None of us are perfect. We all have trials & struggles. I know yours may be a bit more extreme than the majority of people
but that doesn't make you less worthy.

Realistically I don't think your struggles will be abolished overnight, though some of them might.
Some things may take longer. Don't beat yourself up that you still have questions about the Bible.
It's a collection of books & writings that is meant to last you a lifetime.

I think you will be OK as long as you continue to seek God in your heart.
You can praise him even when you don't feel like it.

I am one who does not deserve God. I have no illusions about that. Yet he has loved me anyway.
With God, all things are possible.
