Why are you lying?
Let's try this again:
Matthew chapter 25
[1] Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
[2] And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
[3] They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
[4] But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
[5] While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
[6] And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.
[7] Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
[8] And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
[9] But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
[10] And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
[11] Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
[12] But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
[13] Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
Their lamps couldn't have gone out if they hadn't previously been lit with oil.
Whenever you have to start lying, especially in relation to what Jesus said, you know that you're in big trouble with the Lord.

That's not what I meant. I'm talking about his post for temporarty internal life, not loss of salvation. However regarding this, salvation is dependent upon having faith. Therefore, if a believer turns from faith and remains in that state, they are accumulating sin and are on their way to death. We are to have faith from beginning to end. If we turn back to the world, willfully living according to the sinful nature, that leads to separation from God and the lake of fire. We have plenty of scriptures to support this:
"My brothers, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring him back, consider this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and cover over a multitude of sins."
In the scripture above, "My brothers" would be addressing believers. If any brother/believer wanders from the truth (apostasy), while in that state they are accumulating sin and are on their way to death. But, if that person returns to having faith and repents, then those sins are forgiven and are saved from death. Consider the following:
"Once you were alienated from God and were hostile in your minds because of your evil deeds. But now He has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy, unblemished, and blameless in His presence— [if] indeed you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope of the gospel you heard, which has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant."
"We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly to the end the assurance we had at first."
Continuance in faith is required.
There are many, many more scriptures that I could present that demonstrate that we are saved by faith from beginning to end. If a believer turns away and remains in that state, that to leads to death. The gift is forgiveness of sins and eternal life through faith in the Lord who bought us. Therefore, faith is necessary to receive the gift. I'm not talking about stumbling as a Christian, for we all do that and all commit sin. I'm talking about those who go back into the world and who are no longer continuing in faith.
However, and as I have already said, the title of this 'temporary eternal life' which is a false term. It is either eternal life which is never ending, or eternal separation from God in the lake of fire. There is no temporary eternal life, as the title suggests.

I agree with this. Our salvation and eternal life is based on our continuing in faith from beginning to end. But, this is not the title of the post, which is 'temporary Eternal life." There is no temporary eternal life. Eternal life (as the word infers) is unending life in the kingdom of God. There is no such thing as temporary eternal life. You either enter into eternal life, or eternal condemnation. There is no temporary for either.

Eternal life is not based on my strength or my power it is based on Christ his work and his promise.
Jesus said plainly. Whoever eats the bread he gave will never hunger, he who drinks the blood he shed will never thirst. That whoever believes in his HAS eternal life. they will NEVER die. they will LIVE forever. and they WILL be raised on the last day.
How can this be true if it can be lost based on something we did or failed to do?

Jesus said that their lamps which were lit with oil went out, and you said that they never had the oil to begin with.
You know what happens to all liars, don't you?

Calling EG a liar because he disagrees with you is going to far. Both myself and EG disagree on theological topics but we don't call each other liars..we may see each other as mistaken or in error and that's fine. We'r still both brothers in Christ as are you.
I think this says more about you than EG to be honest.

You read X'd me. So are you saying that one who comes to Christ, even if they turn back to living the way they were before they believed and remain there, that they are still saved? In lieu of this, can you explain the scripture below:

Notice that the one who returns from that wandered state, that they will be saved from death that the sins that they would have accumulated will be covered.
"I am the true vine, and My Father is the keeper of the vineyard. He cuts off every branch in Me that bears no fruit, and every branch that does bear fruit, He prunes to make it even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in Me, and I will remain in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit by itself unless it remains in the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me.
I am the vine and you are the branches. The one who remains in Me, and I in him, will bear much fruit. For apart from Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not remain in Me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers. Such branches are gathered up, thrown into the fire, and burned.
A branch is symbolically representing a believer. If that branch/believer does not remain in Christ (continue in faith) that branch can be broken off and throne into the fire.
"But suppose that servant is wicked and says in his heart, ‘My master will be away a long time.’ And he begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. The master of that servant will come on a day he does not expect and at an hour he does not anticipate. Then he will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
The above is self explanitory. Look at the outcome for the servant who goes back into living according to the sinful nature.
The promise of forgiveness of sins and eternal life, as well as all promises to believers are true, if they continue in faith. Faith is the catalyst. When a believer turns back into the world and is willfully living according to the sinful nature, they are no longer bearing fruit. They are no longer being transformed into the image of Christ.
