Hey GG, on that healthy eating thread the poster mentioned we need to stay in "Ketosis", which made me wonder if "Potosi, Wisconsin" was close enough???
(A little Wisconsin humor)
 hmmm,
never heard of it, had to look it up.
2010 census reports town having 688 (tiny)
looks like it might be closer to you than me though.

but if it'll help
"ketosis" is pronounced as KEE-TOW-SUHS
"potosi" is pronounced as PUH-TOW-SEE

fire some water into slow cooker... close lid and hit the on button... Job done :ROFL:

Yeah, believe it or not it is really tasty. I can't really cook so the anything that is easy to make and tasty is a winner for me .

I usually have mashed potatoes with it.. even the mash potatoes are frozen... I just lift them out of freezer and fire them into the microwave for 5 mins lol.

Im just now getting to work, so dinner is nowhere on my mind... barely even breakfast, but then again, I’m not Much for breakfast Either. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I gave up eating breakfast a few years ago... which is now called "intermittent fasting":giggle:

Of course, technically speaking, breakfast is the first meal of the day regardless of the time you partake of food :D

I do that with veggies......
though recently fresh broccoli was on sale so I went ahead and got some, steamed it up with a little butter.
Now usually frozen brocoli gets a cheese sause, but the fresh didn't need it.
Kids even said "MMMMMMM Mom! This doesn't even need cheese sauce!"
Guess I have to stick to the fresh stuff now (so long as it's in season and reasonably priced)

Correctamundo!

Our first meal of the day, regardless of the time, is when we are "breaking" our "fast", hence "breakfast".

Well hello there Mr. @Live4Him !
nice to "see" you.
"See" because of my photo?

That's a few years old, and I cropped my children out of it.

Don't really do the selfie thing.

Anyhow, now my "friends" (the "r" is ofttimes silent...lol) in the BDF have something to aim at when they through their eggs and rotten tomatoes at me.

:p

Hey...hey...I said with a little sugar.

That gives me all the "rush" (I actually use it for taste) that I would ever need.
I was just funnin' with ya ;) And hello :D

I used to drink decaf myself, and I still need to be careful with quantities of caffeine consumed ;):)

PS~ I use both golden sugar and Truvia in my coffee :)

As well as evaporated skim milk plus cashew milk...

I never used to post my photo either (and it's probably a wise thing for women not to because of online predators), but I've changed because I've found that it's often easier to relate to somebody else as A HUMAN BEING if you can actually see what they look like as opposed to some other type of avatar.

In other words, it puts A PERSON behind the posts, and, sometimes, people act more civilly as a result.

Yes, I said SOMETIMES, so don't worry, I'm not totally delusional...lol.

NURSE!!! (lol)

I know that you were just funnin' with me.

Don't worry, I'm not the type of person who takes things personally in general (C'mon, just look at that smile...lol), and certainly not on a Christian forum where my desire is to present CHRIST to people, and not myself.

And hello to you, too.

:p
